  • Terrible for live sports

    Willow is mostly for streaming Ads with occasional cricket in between. This app is an insult to cricket. Fails basics of live sport streaming…any time you open apps, you are greeted by ads missing live action. To make it worse, each time the service buffers, they run ads. You are forced to restart game as it just pauses randomly, and guess what…more ads. They just want to run the same ad over and over ..that is the only point of this app. The developers should be ashamed. Cricbuzz seems to have made it worse!

  • Video streaming stops in between

    Video stops while watching. It’s repeating very frequently. Even we don’t find support options or complaints section either in mobile app or TV app.

    It was working fine during India SA, India NZ series. Then for World Cup T20, it again asked to re login. I did. I have been a paid active member since 2015. I am still currently. IPL it is again creating trouble. I can’t login as it keeps logging me out asking me to accept privacy and cookies. I cannot save them as the App seems to have some error bug. Asking yo call same Number 1017.

    Get something else. I signed up for Willow TV via the website to see it on an iPhone when I’m traveling or on my TV. Was able to get the iPhone working but the TV process is just absurd and wrong. The app asks for you to login or sign in and does not give you a code that the website asks for to approve the sign in. Customer support is useless and I don’t think they even bothered to read my issue.

    What was once a great and user friendly app has become simply unusable. Most glaring is they took away the ability to hide scores. I’d like to be able to watch a match without knowing who won! Basic! Also issues with pausing and picking hip where you left off, and may other glitches. Come on, get it together!
