    Ever since y’all did an update about 6-8 months ago. I’ve been locked out of my account. Email and password doesn’t work. Tried changing the password nope nothing. So what’s next?

    I find this app very user friendly and easy to use. I am able to save passages in Favorites. And go back later to meditate on them.

    Jan. 8, 2025 My husband and I are reading through the Bible, with our new church, using the Crossway (v.5.1.11 Build 1355) app. We had used the YouVersion app for over four years, and were quite familiar and at ease with it. By contrast, the Crossway ESV app is not as easy to navigate. It took quite a bit of frustrated searching to finally locate the Redemption reading plan. Within the app, the pathway to get to the chosen plan's daily assignment, is not plainly laid out. Therefore, NOT user friendly! The option for highlighting gives only three colors (instead of unlimited colors). The option to have the assigned chapters sent to our email inbox daily IS convenient. But, finding the check-off circles afterward, is not. We have committed to reading through this plan this year. But it would be a shame on the developers if the app turns out to be so unfriendly that we have to resort to the paper version. If the app befriends us, we should write two updates to boost the rating. Laura H.

    I have one complaint. When you are reading from a plan, currently I'm reading from the "Digging deep into the Bible" if you're on your current day, or any day for that matter and you click on the scripture reference, there's no back button. So you have to go back into the main page, find your plan and then click your plan and find the day again. After I'm done reading this plan with my church I'll delete the app. Unless they fix it.

    So worth the paid upgrade—my absolute favorite is Michael Reeves with the Gael piano music in the background. It is literally the most beautiful sound to hear the living word of God spoken with such warmth and unction and beautiful music to help you meditate on God’s word. If I could gift this to friends, I would! Great for seasons of weakness, when all you can do is listen. Great for driving. Great for falling asleep on anxious nights. So soothing and so beautiful! I’ve listened to other Bible audio apps and this is my favorite combo, and much more affordable. Thank you ESV!
