The SWA agents don’t seem as friendly as they used to be. & the front desk chk is like a concert rush where everyone just rushes counter & agents are too busy with personal stuff to assist. Maybe because they’re Gen X & Z and don’t give a F!

While many have surely already made a comment on this…the new baggage policy makes me no longer fly on SW as my first choice. They are now just like any other airline, nothing special, just away to get from A to B. Previously, it didn’t matter if one had to make an extra stop or change planes, flying was easy and without hassle because I didnt have to worry about my bags. Now their pricing is the same if not more to fly to the same place. The staff are still great, but I can put up with the crusty often grumpy staff of other airlines since the one of the things that made SW easy to fly is now gone. Enjoy your dividends. You won’t be getting my business any longer because now I will only shop on price and travel time to destination both of which you are now not a winner of anymore.

Additional charge of $146.00 for changing flight to BUR instead of LAX after reporting 2.50 delay of Flight to LAX!

Doesn’t give up to date information. Outdated interface. The flight I booked on the app doesn’t even show up in “my trips”. Seriously it’s 2025 who you guys hired to design this app?

Boarding passes don’t add to wallet. This issue keeps happening regularly.

This dumb automatically the changes brightness settings for iphone and doesn’t revert to previous setting when not in use. I download it for flights and delete once my travel is over. I’m sure they spent all their time on as much upselling and privacy invasion as they could and nothing for QOL. It also won’t let me add tickets to my wallet so I HAVE to use it.

If you want to fly with a plane jam packed full of toddlers screaming while your flight attendant that can’t fit down the aisle yells at you that it’s your fault the plane is late as you board at the appropriate time with everyone else: Southwest Airlines is for you! I’ve been a lifelong customer of southwest now since l looking for a new airline.
