    Can’t read the buttons on the curbside pick up screens. Format it to fit the screen please! Kept getting kicked out of the process because I couldn’t press some of the buttons. The parking spot thing should have a text option. Can’t leave blank and no not applicable option.

    You can’t click stuff like the iPhone developers just got it wrong. Also has to snoop on your location for store mode, unnecessarily invasive

    This app is so slow to load and function that it’s barely usable. And I know, literally I am an expert, I was a QA Software Engineer for a decade. There are many times I am inside an actual store and the app is impossible to function. Let alone I am home with high speed internet and it still doesn’t load. The saddest part, the app has a pop-up prompting feedback, when I clicked it, the page never loads. I can hear the entire engineering dept in unison now, “it works on my machine and our test environments.” 2 things: 1. Your test environments are poor then. 2. Take better logging information collectively from real app usage to truly understand the UX. I’m partially looking at the executive team here, because we all know they fate keep what can be spent. Well as a customer, and free advice from an expert, I’m telling you, my experience is poor and my impression of the brand is bad because of this.

    Just updated and not one problem has been fixed. The search feature is basically non existent and never works. Even more now with the update.
