I have to log in anything that goes down my throat but it’s OK I guess
  • Greedy

They make you pay for all the convenient features. You have to pay to use the barcode scan and to meal plan. They also have ads on top of the subscription they want you to buy. Just plain greedy.
  • No Sugar Alcohol

The bar code scanner has never added the sugar alcohol. I have to report the problem, change the nutritional information manually, then save it for each thing I eat. It is not conducive to a keto diet.
  • Great when it’s working

I’ve been using this app for a couple years now and while it’s great when it’s working it’s super glitchy. There are days That I try to login and it just immediately goes back to the login page making it impossible to access the app. Other days it will randomly change the goals that I have input into the system and I have to go back in and read and put them. Just annoying and frustrating glitches, especially for the annual price.
  • Too much for Premium

So many portions of the app are unavailable unless you have Premium.
  • Type 1 diabetes addition

I love this app and have used it for years. It would be great if you had options for Type 1 diabetics and help with weight loss. Insulin intake verses food and exercise can be daunting for a type 1. Blood sugar tracking for those who don’t use a CGMS or Insulin pump would be helpful. Also, it’s annoying that my current weight loss isn’t updating. I lost 15 pounds and it’s not reflecting that which is quite frustrating. I’ve gone through every area possible and I see the weight I’ve logged and I’ve even adjusted it from 3 months to 6 months and it keeps showing only 7 pounds. Really frustrating.
  • Please let me use the app.

I paid for premium, but I can't use the app for two days now. The tutorial spotlight thing won't allow me to do anything yet. To product managers: If you have to brute force a tutorial, it's a sign (to yourself) that you don't trust your own design.
  • Don’t buy it

I used to love this app until I actually paid for it! Not worth $70 AT ALL!! The free version gives you everything you need!! Don’t be fooled into thinking buying the app is better!! It is not!!! To top it off after you pay all that money you realize there is another premium plus. So all that money was just to remove adds. Not worth the money!!!!
  • UI on iPhone 15 is horrible and unintuitive.

I have the iPhone 13 Pro Max and the UI is the same as it has been for years and it’s great. My wife has the iPhone 15 Pro Max and the UI is horrendous! She doesn’t have the exercise calories on her dashboard, she doesn’t have a diary tab, you can’t edit time on meals even with premium, the dashboard is just too basic to even offer useful data. We immediately cancelled her premium, will cancel mine and look for another app we can both enjoy.
