  • Barcode

I just want people to know that years before the barcode was free and in exchange we gave it data. Ever since it was sold, the greedy corporation behind this app put the barcode scanner behind a paywall which was a big betrayal to the user base. I will never forget.
  • Stopped Working

I have used this app for years and now it suddenly logged me out and my sign in is connected to my Facebook but everytime I try to login with it, its ineffective and frustrating. I can log in with their website just fine but I obviously cant log my foods through the website and now my app doesn’t work, this is highly frustrating
  • Good but complicated

The app is good but has become bloated with features over the years making the app difficult to navigate
  • This app gave me an eating disorder

Basically what the title said— this app gave me an eating disorder. Went from not really worrying about my weight but wanting to trim a little to obsessive exercise and dieting. Not saying it was necessarily the app’s fault, but the app did not help, and taught me the main skills of disordered eating. Be careful.

I used to use this app and was great, came back and now you charge for premium to look at Macros?? That’s all that truly matters for tracking. Definitely downloading a different app

Paid for the premium on a yearly subscription. Was able to use premium for a month. And then tried to charge me another $80. Reached out to developer and no response. Pretty well designed app but not for $80/month.
  • Meal Planner Has Been a Literal Life Saver

I have never been good at cooking, in large part because of the shopping. The simple yet effective feature of sending your shopping list to Instacart has changed my life. I cook now! And I love it. I love this feature and hope it’s here to stay forever.
  • It’s broken

This used to be a great app, but it’s been broken for days now. Support said it would be fixed with the update I just downloaded, but it’s still not correct. It shows today as tomorrow , doesn’t count my exercise calories, and for ‘yesterday’ shows food I didn’t even eat.
