    After placing 2 different orders, I realized that the best pickup times were different, and I wanted to simply edit the time on the second order. As this task seemed impossible, I deleted the purchase & then repeated the purchase, using the correct time. Synchronizing pickup times amongst purchases at the same location seems to be a feature that the app could best handle, in synchronizing with customer preferences… Future app feature suggestion…

    Very confusing and dishonest when it comes to adding the tip when people are reviewing the order. There should be a way to go back and edit the tip when too much is put in as the tip because this is not the first time this is happened to me. Very dishonest and very confusing. Teatdure

    I noticed Walmart is cheaper than the other online store on stuff. Quite a bit cheaper. The one thing they could improve is adding the ability to combine shipments to save money and resources.

  • Paid for six months, horrible experience, no resolution

    I became a paid member of Walmart + in August 2023. Since I suffer from disabling anxiety, I looked forward to using scan-n-go to help minimize my time at the checkout, and hopefully decrease my chances of having an anxiety attack while shopping. For six straight months, I was unable to use the scan-n-go feature in the store, although the subscription was paid for each month through my cell phone provider. Made numerous calls to customer service and Walmart.com — all of which were documented — to try and have the issue resolved. It took several weeks of contact back in February of this year for Walmart to even acknowledge the issue, and after much more contact, Walmart reluctantly told me that once the issue was resolved, I would be compensated for the awful experience I had between August and February. The issue was eventually corrected, and scan-n-go began to function correctly in late February. After contacting Walmart about the compensations I was promised, no one wanted to speak to me, and no one would agree to compensate me for the inability to use all the features of the app that are part of the subscription cost, through no fault of my own. Walmart even seemed to imply that since the Walmart + subscription cost was paid through my cell phone carrier, I somehow was not the person who had been paying the subscription costs. whether I pay Walmart directly, or pay through a third-party such as my cell phone carrier who in turn pays Walmart, the end result is that the money comes out of my pocket either way. The cell phone carrier does not pay doe Walmart + out of the kindness of their hearts. The cost is passed on to me. Someone from Walmart needs to contact me about compensating me for those six months.

    I knew what I wanted to order so it was easy finding the item. The problem was, when it was in the cart, it showed a range of sizes, not the size that I ordered so that was confusing and I’m not sure what I will be getting tomorrow. It should display the size you ordered on the final order page.
