When I open the app and select eNewspapers the app gets stuck on a blank white screen. Everything else works.

Not fresh news. Too many aged content articles remain. Some over a month in certain categories
  • Lacking content

Most days they’re so little news that’s actually local to read, I’m not sure what I continue to subscribe.
  • Too many ads

A change in the indystar app is horrid. You get nothing but ads on startup. It didn’t used to be this way. It makes it almost impossible to read articles.
  • More biased reporting than I remember

I’ve been a long time subscriber and I don’t remember this specific paper being so biased against the Republicans. It’s to the point that I’m considering cancelling my subscription. I yearn for the days of news reporting without bias against a party.

The online paper is great. I am able to print or send articles to others. However, I get emails about articles, but when I open them, I can’t read the entire article because it asks me to subscribe to the paper to open it. Since I DO subscribe to the paper, I should be able to open these articles. What is going on???

Your new format is not going to get great reviews. Not attractive appearance and too much scrolling to get what you were looking for. You are doing the Cracker Barrel makeover without any good reason. You will lose subscribers.

The new update really shows just how little fresh substantive content is added each day.
