    I am not able to read messages and when I go to upgrade nothing happens. Very frustrating!

    I kept getting charged despite canceling my subscription within a month. I never got payment confirmation emails or cancellation confirmation emails and when I reached out to customer support, they were just repeating talking points from their handbook.

    Quite possibly the biggest scam in the app Store. Roughly 90% of the profiles are for caretakers that don't exist. They are taking advantage of the people that need help the most. Was a member for just a few hours…tried to get a refund and refused to help me. Please stay away

    You’ll need to pay to view the message from the caregivers. Basically this means the free option of this app is useless. I understand the company needs to make money but the user experience is not that good. Feel like tricked

    I paid for the membership and they blocked the only nanny I reached out to. I can’t send message, and I can’t even read her message that she sent me. Tried everything and reached out to customer care many many times, and they told me that they on working on an update and marked my issue as resolved. Still can’t message her :)

    Just dropping in again to reiterate how awful of an experience I’ve had with this app. Spent another 30 minutes trying to set things up and just get blocked at every turn. Not user friendly by any stretch. Just go to FB marketplace and do your due diligence. Much better than this hassle.

    Half the time hitting the hire button does nothing. User interface is not intuitive, 2-3 ways to do everything. Silver lining is that it does actually connect you with local care givers.
