I’ve used last pass for Years close to 10 and I only ran into small problems. But the biggest is the support given. There is none , you have to either read through forums have to login to chat with support bot. If you pay you can get live support but I was a free user for years before the breach and the management swap and it went somewhere I can’t stand with. So I’ll be going to another application unfortunately. After losing 10 years of data because I can’t contact someone for help with my account. I’m so upset that I have to start over and feel some type of way about it.

I have to re-enter my master password EVERY TIME I open a password protected app (bank, dr, e-commerce, etc) so lots of wasted time and ZERO convenience. Biometric options are selected but aren’t being used. I will start looking for a more user friendly option

Fantastic. One star off because master password glitches sometimes and you have to restart app or log on using web.

I used to use LastPass. I even paid for a subscription at some point the last update that they rolled out regarding their master passwords completely screwed my account up. It also wiped all of the Recovery data associated with my account. I am now locked out of it, and I can’t access any of my passwords that I’ve stored there for years. Last pass is not being accountable for this issue and they’re not providing me with any viable options on how to recover my account. They also won’t acknowledge that they removed my phone number from my account Recovery options. When dealing with them, they asked me to send them a series of information to prove who I was. I offered up my drivers license, several historical emails, a list of my historical IP addresses that I used to connect from. Information about what’s inside of my account that only I would know.. invoices and payment proof and all of the information regarding the three devices I’ve used to access their app. They are blowing me off and I encourage all users to use a different platform to secure your passwords. Avoid LastPass. If you are still using last pass I suggest immediately switching to a different platform before this ends up happening to you. I’ve never been more frustrated in my life. Whatever they did during the last update that screwed around with my master password, locking me out and then wiping my Recovery options is crazy. It’s even worse that they can’t be upfront about it and they just blow me off with robotic responses via Support email. I don’t know what the point of asking me for all that verification information for my drivers license to my phone number to my IP addresses and payment invoices was about if afterwards they refused to help me recover my account. LastPass is a complete scam and this company should not be trusted with data or passwords. I’m starting to suspect that maybe they had a data breach that they don’t want to admit to and that it’s messing with people’s accounts. I can also see that other people are experiencing similar issues with absolutely no resolution to it. Avoid last pass and use a different platform instead.

Autofill should be a global setting with opt-out on the individual entries. Logging in with faceID should haven automatically as with ALL the ther apps I use.

I don’t know if the problem is last pass or chrome, but I cannot get this thing to work on chrome. I’m dumping it. I went to Nord password manager.

I tried many different password programs and LastPass is by far away ahead of the rest of the crowd. It’s easy convenient and full proof. It works every time.!!
