    I really don’t know why I am still using this. Except that it is supposed to work over multiple devices. The interaction between it and other apps and websites is horrible.

    We've been using LastPass for the past five years or so. There are some tricks to learn but I assume that's the same with all of these types of application. Pretty consistently works across the board. I do have some problems with the new version of macOS 26.X which forces that to use it from the browser rather than an application both on the iPad and the Mac. I hope they get that straightened out it sucks! That's what cost them the star!

  • Not fixing problems

    Free user since 2023. Stopped using sometime in fall 2025 for apples native manager. LastPass uses a security email to sign in on new devices which is often the same device you used before. They send an email so you have to approve the login. But the email takes more than 25 minutes to arrive. I’ve had this problem multiple times. This also leads to a new scenario where when you get a new phone, you aren’t logged in on other devices to your email or LastPass account and all of a sudden I can’t get the email because you’re logged out of it and you can’t log into LastPass because you can’t get the email. I lost an entire account and all associated passwords. Don’t use this.

    Constantly logs you out, then won’t recognize your master password. When you try to reset your password, you get error message after error message. Customer service never responds.

    If you’re here because login.gov recommended a 2nd authenticator app, there is no barcode scanner or way to manually enter gov’s required long-winded code. Interface is simple but unhelpful.

    I’ve used LastPass for over 20 years and it used to be the very best way to store all my passwords. As a Premium member I used to be able to talk to a live support agent. Now, you don’t even have live Chat. I can rarely find the answers I need on your passive support pages and your support bot is useless. I do not feel heard, and as a longtime premium user this is unacceptable. Trying to work on a case via email is frustrating,cumbersome, time consuming and ineffective. I’m very disappointed in your lack of support options.

    I have had this app I think for approximately 4 years and it is absolutely the best app. It great it gives you generated strong passwords. I have this app on my iphone my Ipad and my Macbook Air.
