I have not had anything but problems since I bought premium. Only 3 devices and a hassle every time to sign in.
  • NO customer service

I had a terrible experience with this app. It asked me to sign in one day after years of using and would not let me back in even though I have my password and username. Basically I LOST ALL MY PASSWORDS. And when I reached out they suggested I start over - literally start again from scratch.

Stay away from this app. They haven’t figured out how to verify its users.
  • Won’t send verification email on paid account and can’t contact customer service without logging in

If you’re looking to customer service look elsewhere their contact button on their site is broken and they won’t help you if you’re not logged in which is impossible if they won’t send verification email.
  • Works, most of the time

I find this app on both my iPhone and MacBook to be spotty at best. And when it doesn’t work, there appears to be no reason and no solution. You just can’t login for a while. I’ll likely cancel this service and just go back to apple’s password manager.
  • Do Not Trust

I have just been locked out of all of my work accounts because they aren’t recognizing my master password. I literally have it written down. They’re telling me it’s wrong. That’s it, they can’t help any more. They also on a separate account deleted ALL of my 2fa setups because I got a new phone. This is the least trustworthy password account ever. I can’t even delete the passwords out of the account I am locked out of, so now for security reasons I have to change ALL MY PASSWORDS. DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE.

Love how I can take my last pass anywhere and have all I need. Recently I lost my phone but it was not a big deal because all my login info is on lass pass and I can take it anywhere!
  • Worse by the day

Clearly awful now and I have been a user for years. Latest update makes you enter your Master Password EVERY TIME on IOS app even when you have FaceId enabled for unlock and login. This changed with early Feb update. What a waste of time and yet another reason to jettison this password manager. Not sure this company will even stay in business. UPDATE: jettisoned this after years and went with Proton Pass..import of LastPass passwords was easy.
  • Have been trying to recover account for 2 years

You guys are not a serious company. I’ve been trying to recover my account for over 2 years!!!!! No support unless you login. This is ridiculous.
  • Exploitive business model, poor-quality password manager

I used LastPass for over 3 years before switching to 1Password. I wish I had switched sooner, the interface of the product, the compatibility across operating systems, the level of customer service, and the increased security measures from any of the other top-rated password managers make switching an easy choice. He fact that LastPass charged me for an additional year after I had ready canceled the service is just reassurance that I made a good choice avoiding any further business with this company. Look elsewhere, please.
