  • Used to be a great app. Now it is just ok.

This used to be a great app but they changed things where it no longer syncs between the computer and my cell phone unless you pay them a monthly ransom fee. So sad they went this route. Also, the mobile version doesn’t offer to save a password like the desktop version does. And the mobile version doesn’t automatically offer to fill login information when you do have something saved. You have to switch to the app, look to see what the saved password is, then go back to the website and input the password. Obviously LastPass does not read these comments as the app still is not working right on a mobile phone!!!

Stores passwords and helps manage password churn. Doesn’t always actually store passwords. Extension fails way too often. They add features that don’t matter and won’t fix the core product.

LP arbitrarily changes functions without advising customers. When you ask for help they send you instructions that must be outdated because they don’t match anything on your screen. Then they hound you to answer the lame advice they give. I have to login and put in my password when just going between saved websites. It is ridiculous. Not sure what I am paying for. Customer service poor.

I love this app so much I want to have its secure babies. We have had a solid romance since whenever I noticed it 2010 maybe? They were just a gorgeous wallflower. Tough, strong, fierce, and dare I say hot…because of its red logo of course! By golly this is a family film! Get your mind out of the gutter! Kids these days. I will have you know that this app cares for me and makes me feel all is right with the world. Together we can handle any stupid password form! No credit card field is too annoying, anymore! And the way they hold my passwords so securely. mm-mm-mmm! No one can come between me and our secrets! Not even the National Inquirer or Facebook’s ever-listening AI. Now, if only they could bake me some brownies!

Rarely have I used Customer Service been on those occasions where you really need to get out of a problem, they are nowhere to be seen. It’s been 10 days since I’ve been locked out of my account and no one’s willing to get on the phone. I’ve moved on. Try 1Password instead.

Seriously, if you’re not using LastPass, how are you keeping track of all your passwords? It’s nice because it’s multi platform and you can use it on iPhone or android or both (me).
