    I was suckered into paying for a subscription, TWICE, and after receiving both payments they still “couldn’t find my account.” It took 3 calls and 25 minutes of holding on the line to speak to a customer service rep, only for them to defer me to Apple for a refund.

    Been with them since 2009. Then this new 10dcl thing happened. I asked for help with it from October to January. No one knows what they are doing. They tell you it looks good everytime it hets rejected. Disrupted my business. Absolutely no help. THE WORST

    Do not use this service. My sms stopped working 10 days ago and support tells you they are escalating and should be resolved in 24-48 hours. It’s been over a week and have been told the same thing 4 times now and then they disconnect the chat with you.
  • Desktop App Stopped Working

    I downloaded and paid for this app for the ability to use it on a desktop computer. After a few months, the desktop app stopped working. I submitted a ticket for technical assistance, and in three weeks, so far, they’ve been unable to fix the problem and provide a response. This is after having a problem with TextFree, in which their desktop app failed to sync with the phone app and they changed the text phone number. If the Desk app for Line 2 is not resolved soon, I will be forced to once again go looking for a new texting app that can work on a desktop computer.

    Might want to look at the most recent customer reviews. Zero customer service, glitchy “updates” with the app and unreliable performance. Trust me, take your business elsewhere.
  • Can never get in contact with them. They will not speak with you

    So I get we’re living in a day and an age where computers have taken over and there’s less and less people you can speak with. Well, I’ve used them for about eight years now and once you have an issue that could be very simply sorted out with speaking to a person they will not answer their phones. They will not respond to your emails. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Several years ago you could call them They’d answer the phone and they were fantastic so I don’t know who owns this company or if it got sold, but the new owners or whoever owns them are awful. I would not recommend this company. I believe it was a great product that now stinks.

    Although the service is affordable and convenient, the app is absolutely terrible. currently cant send text messages because it says i havent registered for 10DLC despite my account stating im registered. drops calls randomly all the time. get an "error" message when trying to submit a help ticket, after missing a call it takes 5-10 minutes for the number to appear. call their support line and nobody answers, and says to leave a message and someone will get back to you in 2-3 business days. this company has alot of work to do.
