- SXM FAN- 5 - By Grizzley57 - The only complaint I can about SXM is the the signal dropping under a bridge overpass and when a building blocks my favorites! I    before there  was Sirius  when XM  WAS the only satellite radio . So what’s the problem with your signal? I get frustrated when my songs drop!! I 
Have tried pandora radio and Spotify and NO DROPS with them.thanks for listening please do something about your signal don’t force me to go to your competition K Moore aka Grizzley57. 
- Lacking app.  Worse app. Ads after ads. Listen to free radio- 1 - By TDC0430 - User interface is amateur and lacking.  Ads galore.  Non USA customer service. All account management has to be on internet.  Bot customer service. 
- Give access to older version- 1 - By Mulc2 - I have an older iPad and love to stream music. The app was updated so now because I can’t update iPad to 16 iOS so Sirius wont play.  So incredibly frustrating. Please give me access to older version of Sirius xm. I pay monthly and should be granted access on all my devices regardless of their age!

- Is this going to get fixed?- 1 - By FuzzIAm - The idea that I have to join “x” in order to “DM” for assistance for their app being screwed up due to their failed update is RIDICULOUS!  A update 2 months ago caused the CarPlay controls to get botched. When on Howard 100 and 101 there is no longer a skip forward or back 15 or 30 seconds it now only changes channels. If I open the app on my phone it wil show the 30 skip until the screen goes back to home then it gets botched up again. Super Annoying! Yes Developer
My app is always up to date my iOS is always up to date and I have changed the settings for CarPlay controls in the app time and time again no change, uninstalled and reinstalled and changed setting so many times always defaults back to “CH<“ and “CH>”on Howard 100 and 101 and Conan 104 it may do it on other channels. I don’t know, I don’t listen to any other channels. 
- Faulty Streamer- 1 - By Paul J D - App is basically unusable now, incapable of following the timeline while streaming-bounces around whenever it switches from WiFi to cellular or to a different cellular tower. 
- Paying for “PREMIUM” and getting NOTHING!- 1 - By im3snakes - I have had SXM for at least 15 years. I pay way too much for it. I’m supposed to be able to use the app on my iPhone and connect it with Alexa and enjoy it streaming through the app and in my home. I was previously able to do so but am now completely unable to connect to the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I’ve reset the password and the username multiple times. I was on chat with SXM tech support tonight for over an hour and STILL do not have access to the app. For the price I’m charged every month I should be able to use the service. I am continually put into a loop that does not allow me to login. I’m about done. 
- Too much DJ talk- 3 - By Over the top all the time - Is it just me or do the DJs talk way too much for a radio station we’re paying for. Especially Alan Hunter the guy must love to hear himself talk. 
- My thoughts- 5 - By Moonwalker761 - Typically most things that are great come at a price and Sirius XM is no different great variety of constant music at the touch of a finger , the variety is worth the cost! 
- One in three.- 3 - By Nick5132 - Three stars? Why? Because with all the errors this app has, you have a one in three chance that the song you requested actually plays. 
- Canceled SiriusXM today- 1 - By MacDocDave - Update, I canceled my two subscriptions today March 4. The new app is the reason. I made sure the gentleman I talk to knew that, he tried real hard to keep me as a customer, offering all kinds of discounts, but I canceled and the new app is the reason. I use that app daily. Lost all my play list and Pandora is totally screwed up now. Was a subscriber since 2006. 
SiriusXM seriously screwed the pooch on this one.
