    Absolutely impossible to connect to SAP concur. Just loops you back to the same place over and over. Need help? Not gonna happen, no phone number or chat service. Useless app

    I have always thought of this app as a 5 star but now it’s 5 star on my phone but only 3 star on my iPad. I have to keep restarting the app to be able to view trips and to add stuff to trips. Not very convenient. Please fix this so you can go back to a complete 5 star.

    I have been using trip it for years, but the New upgrade is not synching my travel. It is unnecessary, and not having a phone number to reach out to help us is so frustrating.

    This is the best organized app I’ve ever had. It will pay for itself many times over. Within 2 weeks of getting the app I received a notice I could get a refund on a lower flight fare. They told me the number to call and what to say. It couldn’t have been easier. Saved me $152. Also The app notified me of flight delays way before American Airlines did. How do they do that!? It even tells you when to leave for the airport and checks for traffic delays! These people are on it!

    Used to look through my in box for hotels, flight and rental cars. It no longer finds anything. I synched it to my inbox twice, but it still found nothing.

  • Completely Inaccurate Itineraries.

    This app puts wrong events into wrong cities and wrong sections of the itinerary. My Miami trip begins when I fly to Miami, but it has put my NC hotel and rental car (starting two days prior) in the Miami trip section. This is obviously wrong. I tried reporting this to support and they can’t understand what I’m saying despite multiple emails back and forth. This is an itinerary app. It can’t do basic things like properly group trips. Obviously Day 1 of the Miami trip is the flight to Miami. Just because my NC rental and hotel end on that day doesn’t mean they are part of the Miami trip. They are part of the NC trip. Obviously. The fact that this app is ignoring city names and dates and types of entries is crazy to me. It’s just blindly looking at dates and doing zero logic or thinking. Therefore, basic itinerary functionality is not working right. Fail.

    I have been using this tool for years to manage my trips. It keeps getting better and better. I add in my reservations and then put in it potential places we could go for dinner or activities we might do. Each day, I can look at Trip It and then decide of the 4 or 5 things that are a potential, let’s make a decision
