Zillow is a great app to find an apartment! It’s fast, easy and reliable. They have very cozy nice homes.

App crash on sms tap. Deeplink handling issue. Message is not syncing always show blank screen. Ask developer to debug the app for API call and route the user to deeplink tap.
  • Zestimate history no longer populated on most properties

The good: Zillow is pretty adept at figuring out a price for real estate. It’s been my experience that the zestimate is real close. The bad and the ugly: if you are maintaining a saved search with parameters for homes that you might be interested in, prepare yourself for fake notifications purporting to be updates to that list. There’s nothing more annoying than having a red marker for a saved search and then coming in to find that nothing has changed. It’s a pretty handy way for Zillow to generate activity, but it’s getting tedious enough where I’ve asked my realtor to do it directly for me in flex MLS. Since she has done that, I only get notifications when something has actually happened. Additionally, since most homes no longer have a price history chart, Zillow isn’t a very good tool to use for monitoring of market dynamics over tkme.

Please please please add a mobile home filter… I waste a ton of time clicking on them and hiding them one by one. Also this app could be so much better if you allowed full view of the pictures on the initial click. Thx!!

I just uninstalled the app. Usage had become hit or miss. Sometimes I could use it and just browse around without credentials, but with increasing frequency it sometimes displays a login page. I prefer to use this anonymously. While I can bypass the login, it also will ask questions about how I want to use the app. I don’t want it to try to collect stats on my usage, but I have to answer these questions somehow in order to get to the app. Further, the last time I tried, the search feature did not seem to recognize a legit zip code or address, meaning I’d have to zoom around to find what I want. So, I deleted the app. Easier to just visit Zillow.com in the browser, which lets me do what I want without credentials.
