Amazon needs to make it easier to see your credits when they apply your returns to Amazon account. They also need to make returning the balance to your credit card at the top of the list.

I’ve been an Amazon customer for years, but one thing that continues to frustrate me is how long it can take for a payment to actually be withdrawn from my bank account. In some cases, it feels like I have to wait nearly two months before the charge is processed. The problem is that I assume Amazon has already taken the payment, so I continue budgeting around that money. Then, when Amazon finally attempts to charge my account much later, I may no longer have those funds available. As a result, my order gets delayed or canceled, even though I was ready and able to pay when I originally placed it. If a customer places an order, the payment should either be processed promptly or the funds should remain officially reserved until the item ships. The current system makes it difficult to manage finances and creates unnecessary frustration. I hope Amazon improves this process because it’s an inconvenience that could easily be avoided.

The recent updates to this app have it complicate something that worked really well.

There has been times where I’m trying to order and it just places dogs on my screen please fix it immediately!

love amazon been shopping on it sense 2012. got amazon prime and everytime i buy something for next day delivery i purchase it and they change the delivery date after. pretty frustrating that’s the whole reason i pay monthly for prime. been a loyal customer and this is where it got me. gonna probably stop using amazon.

This app has gone to heck. I could just search what I wanted but now it’s slow because it’s putting my search through garbage AI.

Way to many steps to accomplish anything plus to often changing the computer programs

Never keep any of your cards linked to the app. It will always charge you without telling you.
