    During the 7 day trial period, I learned this isn’t compatible with my Oura ring and it was too time consuming to manually enter the data so I had to find another app that is compatible.

    I love this app and it’s functionality, however, I was greatly disappointed when they started charging to use it. When you search for it, it’s under category of free, however, it isn’t.

    The app helps keep my food into in order, helps me think about what I’m eating before I eat it. It does just about all of the organizational work I wasn’t going to do in my own head or track with pen and paper. It’s helped out a lot.

    I have had the loose it app for 8 plus years. When I first started tracking my weight, I lost 50 lbs in a year. Then I stopped tracking… and gained back everything I lost plus some. Fast forward several years of off and on tracking, I finally got fed up with myself and started tracking my food again. Now, 17 months later, I’m down 71.1 pounds!! I will never stop tracking my food again!!!

    I have been using Lose It since 2011, and I absolutely love the app! It has been an essential tool in my health journey, and I truly appreciate all the features you provide. However, I would love to see some enhancements that could make the experience even better. I miss having more colorful graphics, which could make tracking more engaging. Additionally, I think adding various challenges—such as a “zero sugar” challenge—would be a fun and motivating way to stay on track. One particular change that would greatly improve usability is the way the daily calorie requirement is displayed. A circular progress indicator instead of the current timeline format would be much more readable and motivating. Thank you for all the hard work you put into the app! I hope you’ll consider these suggestions for future updates.
