    It would be great to use this app with out it glitching and crashing every other minute. Horrible. I actually can’t believe how useless it is. I spent an hour barreling the constant crashing to check my photos and only see that nothing saved. The amount of time I lost because of the terrible quality is pathetic.

    Love love love. One thing: I would absolutely adore a function where I could save articles the same way I can save images from runways, just like on the website. I would use it all the time.

    I used to be a big fan of this app, but now it’s just not working. I emailed customer service, but they didn’t say anything. And yes, I tried all the usual tricks—updating, deleting, and so on.

    As a new year treat, I finally bought myself a Vogue all-access subscription. After paying my dues and downloading the app, I learned that the app doesn’t work. It starts to launch the Vogue introductory screen and… never succeeds in opening the actual magazine. I feel like I wasted my money on a subscription that I can’t properly access, since the browser experience just isn’t the same. What is the eta on getting this fixed, since I’m not the first user to report this issue? And, yes, my phone and app versions are both up to date as of today.

    Right now, on iOS 18.2, it doesn’t open. The white screen with Vogue text centered in the middle is all we see. I’ve emailed their support team. If they same is happening for you, please let them know
