This app is truly amazing! User friendly, easy to navigate, all of the details I want to know about my day…and some that I don’t - lol. I have paid for two other high dollar popular food/exercise tracking apps; no comparison. If you’re in a hurry or are eating out, snap a pic and use AI feature, it isn’t perfect, but gets close enough; portion size and ingredient list may need slight adjustments. Thanks, MyNetDiary is fabulous!

What a great app - making food planning and tracking soooo much easier, detailed, and fun. The bar code scan and AI identifiers are spot on and I love the water drinking reminders as well. Highly recommend!
  • Randomly tracks calories burned from Apple Watch but usually doesn’t

I first used this app maybe 3 years ago and it didn’t have many foods cataloged by barcode. Now there are tons of foods’ calories and nutritional scores it knows but it refuses to consistently input the data from my Apple Watch so really not helpful to track as a calorie counter any more. Too bad - it was better before the last 3 years of bell / whistle updates….
  • Loses some inputs

I have noticed the inputs are not always kept from previous day. Definitely a glitch.

Too difficult to find things I use often like recipes and premium ( recipes)
  • Frequent nagging for premium

The app itself is pretty good, but at least once a day there is an intrusive popup about subscribing to premium. This is in addition to the persistent upgrade button on the main page. I don’t want or need more features, and a $35 ongoing subscription is pretty high, in my opinion. I understand that app developers deserve to be paid, and if there were a one-time payment or a cheaper basic subscription, where I’m not paying for the features I don’t currently have and don’t want, I’d go for it. Edit: +1 star for developer reply.

I have struggled with food addiction for years. I ate when I was sad, happy, angry, excited, etc… I found myself 100 pounds over weight. This app has helped me realize that I can be in control of what I eat. I focus on getting 120 grams of lean protein and stay under 1,400 calories a day. I am down 40 pounds since July.
