  • I used to love this app, now I hate it!

Like the title says, when I used this app a year ago for free- I loved it. I loved the quick add search, scanning barcodes, and it was more accurate with the calories. Now that I pay for it, they took my quick add feature away. I am forced to use the AI chat to log my food and I just logged in 2 cups of black coffee and they said it was 100 calories, but I don’t get to adjust that myself. I can’t wait for my subscription to be done so I can move on with my life.

Not very user friendly. Clunky and frustrating. I hate when they offer deals before you even enter your information and you cant find away around it. I should have just stopped and deleted the app.

The barcode scan search returns just one result that doesn't match the product or has the wrong nutrition values and if I type in the name of the same item, I get something entirely different, that also doesn't match the item I'm looking at on my counter. The feature to take a picture of my plate gives me completely wrong results. Attempting to add last night's dinner the next morning is a problem because the app keeps resetting to the current day. One top of those problems, manually correcting what's presented is nearly impossible. Awfully frustrating!

Максимальная оценка для этого приложения, оно очень сильно тупит. Очень часто происходит такое, когда ищешь продукт и в результатах ничего нет, но через время результат появляется.
  • Cool Idea, janky execution

The app is frustrating to use. The Ai often will not listen.

Nice idea, very rough implementation. From illegible fonts in the text completion prompts to wildly off values (black coffee at 200 calories?), many of the basic usability points are not addressed. Controls placed at the top of the screen are often not functioning. Controls needed to simply log a result may be hidden behind other elements.

I was using this app for free and it was working great and then I started to pay for it and now it works terrible. The updates are bad. The interface is bad. The connectivity is bad.

When I first subscribed to this app, it was very solid with just a few issues. However over time it has become very problematic and difficult to use. Here are some of the issues that I have encountered: * The typed in text has been difficult to read and has a strange swirl pattern to it. * The default setting for many input meals are often very off. They are usually too small (such as one cracker versus standard serving) or too large (over 1000 calories for something that should be 100 - 200 calories). * Many meals or snacks are often given a poor rating for invalid reasons (peanuts are rated poorly cause they contain 1 gram of natural sugar!) * My strength training is never properly tracked. There are many more issues that I have not covered. While this app does have some strengths like its accurate meal prediction using photos, there are too many issues for an app that requires a subscription. I am not sure how these issues have not gone unnoticed by the developers as they are very obvious and have been around for several months. If these issues are ever resolved, I will update my review, but I will most likely be moving to a new nutrition tracking app in the future.

I’m happy you were able to add an “added sugar” feature, that’s a real game changer, especially for people with ADHD and inflammation issues. Great app overall, I would recommend to my friends. Only other thought is that on the diary screen, the carbs, protein and fat mini cards are perfect, but I’d like to be able to put current priorities there like a widget, if I need to monitor something specific like added sugar etc. Only critique now is that asking for $90 for a year and not showing the monthly option until you say no is an annoying method.

Me gustaba más cuando tenía el ayuno intermitente pero igual sigue siendo mi favorita.
