    I don’t know what I would have done without Yelp all this time. Is a review even needed at this point ???!! It’s the veteran who was the cool kid on the block before all the AI / fast, unlimited options we have now for finding out EVERYTHING about ANYTHING. I live in San Francisco. It has helped me with restaurants, nails salons, etc etc you name it. So BIG THANKS.

    This app is extremely frustrating for business owners. All of my real client reviews are being filtered, leaving my page with 0 visible reviews. It makes my business look unreliable when that’s not the case. The system feels unfair and there’s no clear way to fix it.

    My air conditioner went out this weekend and I called American, the original Installer. The unit was still under warranty, but I wanted them to enjoy their Easter so I said enjoy your weekend. I’ll see you on Monday. They told me the service man would be there between 12 and five. He was there at 11:30. Brandon came out and diagnosed the problem extremely quickly.. It was a fan motor. Brandon had one in the truck and proceeded to Replace it. My AC is now running and I’m enjoying the cool temperatures again. Thank you, American and Brandon for your Quick service.

    My F150 2024 is in warranty, but I come to change engine oil, they charged me $ 250.00 and they said the warranty not inclueed service. If I should give them 5 stars ?

    The fact that I’m trying to view certain locations and their menus only to get greeted by a redirect to download the mobile app is dumb. You’re telling me I have to download the app, go through the initial setup in order to see a nonexistent full menu that you forced me to download for? Dumb, make actual web support for mobile that doesn’t just redirect you to the App Store.

    I stopped into Lucharios recently for happy hour, and unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to the standard I’ve come to expect here. While this used to be a go-to spot, the current atmosphere feels significantly different due to a total shift in staffing. I’ve always believed that a bartender is the heartbeat of a happy hour; they should be friendly, engaging, and welcoming to everyone walking in. Unfortunately, the new bartender was quite the opposite. The lack of a warm greeting or even a basic level of friendliness made the entire visit feel transactional and cold.

    Rose, our server extraordinaire was outstanding in the way she handled our party of six. She was at the top of the meaning of wonderful service. Friendly, courteous and efficient, she extruded the utmost in the quality of service one expects when eating out. I will always ask for Rose!!! Excellent job!

  • App No Longer Works With VPN

    Every time I open Yelp I get an error message—unless I turn off my VPN. I shouldn’t have to sacrifice my privacy and security to use freakin’ yelp! It’s not worth it. Despite being an avid user I’m going to just change my usage rather than turn off my VPN. You’ve lost this customer/source of data for you to harvest.

    Took my car here to get my windows tinted dark and I’m honestly really happy with how it came out. The tint looks super clean, no bubbles, and exactly the shade I wanted. They did a great job and the work looks really professional. The whole experience was smooth and they got it done in a timely manner. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to get your windows tinted and want quality work. Very satisfied with the results!
