Unable To Sell; Accused Of Posting Counterfeit Product (FALSE!)

eBay apparently worse than ever, and when I tried to sell some GENUINE AirPods, their system took my listing down and denied my appeal. How in the world do they determine if it’s counterfeit, which it’s not, and give sellers no ability to defend themselves? Is it other eBay users fraudulently reporting their competition. eBay is a falling brand! Seller and Buyer Beware!

Last two updates literally don’t allow you to use the app!!!!!!!!! Freezes every 5-10 seconds after opening app!! I’ve used eBay since 06, and on the iPhone since 2011 and never had a issue! What’s going on!!?? Seriously considering deleting and that’s a true shame!!!!!!!!!!!

I made a sell for $1600 dollars only get 1,164 and it’s a local pickup up…then being it’s my fault because I am upset and need my money if you use eBay make sure you tell the buyers to pay outside of the app…the trust and safety supervisor Abraham and the guy under him Robert Awful customer service they both need to be fired and facing an eviction to see if they still will be laughing at customers

I reported a scam of a seller trying to sell historical items as authentic. When I received the item I realized it felt really cheap. Made a report of false advertising and eBay decided it’s not against their community guidelines. Definitely the last time I buy from them. They are basically backing the scammers to continue doing what they are doing. First time I’ve used eBay too. Really bad experience.
They take their fees and you wait a week or longer for your money.

I love this app. I stated as a buyer then I discovered selling items here and it has become one of my favorite things to do. Sellers using e-bay are generally great sellers with stellar customer service. Ebay does a great job weeding out the “bad apples” (buyers and sellers), creating a better experience for everyone.
The app and website are beginner friendly, clear, and easy to use.
The fees for selling are fair considering what they offer.
Cons / Request:
1) The title character limit says it needs to be up to 80 even when my title is 79 characters or less.
2) Request- The feature to upload a video to my listing does not work from the phone. I can see it, I click on it, nothing happens. This would be a great addition to the app 🙏
Overall, outstanding platform for buyers and sellers alike.

eBay app on iPad has not worked Properly for over three weeks now. The updates have not solve the problem. It keeps freezing and doesn’t even engage.

The latest update does not play nice on an iPad Pro running iPadOS26. Navigation elements overlap so that it is impossible to use things like the back arrow, etc. Seems like updates are not even tested under various user scenarios.
Garbage claims process

No customer service whatsoever. The EBAY BOT will always close the claim even if seller doesn’t respond. It’s been 1 1/2 weeks, still no shipping or communication. Implementing this tech will screw this company.

eBay itself is a great concept, unfortunately it seems like they don’t have any real equipment for sellers…they wait a week or more to send items, they don’t respond to customer questions, ..they don’t seem to care because there’s no real guidelines to follow
