    I’ve been asking for over a year now! When someone puts an item of mine of their watchlist, I send them a discounted offer. But it doesn't always let me do this. Example: I listed an expensive piece last night. First person to add it to their list, I sent them a discount. I just went into the app and there's others who have added it as well, but I am unable to send these new folks the offer. It is UNFAIR practice to let this happen. I want ALL of my buyers to have the same opportunity and unfortunately this has been an issue for about a year now. I've commented here about it several times, sent supprt messages, etc. but it is still happening. We can't just have the option to send a deal to only one potential buyer! Not iust for them, but for the sellers as well. It makes US look bad and we can lose buyers because we are losing out giving them the service they deserve. Please fix this! Also, PLEASE stop changing the seller dashboard! It seems to change all the time and without letting us know. Just leave it be.

    I got a message stating that I was permanently suspended, however I wasn’t told what guidelines I had violated nor was I given any way to appeal my ban. I am very upset because I just registered my account to buy my daughter the backpack she wanted but was met with a ban for no apparent reason.

    I am not getting notifications when my items sell and yes my notifications are turned on! BIG PROBLEM!! Yet I get notifications for all the other promotional nonsense that I cannot turn off!

    A customer tried to trick us into refund him without returning their purchased item. The customer used the return shipping label sending us a piece of letter of their TEMU order. eBay rightfully made the decision not to refund the tricky customer, highly appreciate eBay’s professional judgement.

  • Out of control Fees, Taxes, and Shipping

    The taxes, fees and shippings are almost double what they used to be. My taxes on goods are approximately 7% in Ohio. I have experienced purchases on a $100 items that would fit in a $5 priority box and taxes/fees totaled $132. Also I have sold items for $1200 and the buyer pays for shipping and the total that was dispersed to my account after 6 days was $1029. That means eBay took $171 dollars out of the sale. Absolutely ridiculous.

    Caution if you’re not familiar with EBay returns and you make a mistake on the form, you will get no help from EBay. It cost me over $200 an it’s been four months since I returned the product to the seller and have not received a reply.

    It won’t let me use the app in iPhone 6. Apparently no version available anymore to be able to use app. Is this a way they try to force you to buy an advanced iPhone? This one works perfectly.
