  • Very Buggy

Had to restart the app just to get past the first screen because it didn’t trigger bluetooth and HomeKit sync. What’s worse is that it says you can get a free trial, but you can only subscribe and pay immediately. I can’t even test the app without subscribing, and it pops up a subscribe box everywhere you click. Don’t waste your time.

Would not connect to the light and all the app did was try to sell me their subscription service, which was not mentioned as being required on the box at all. Returned light and will not purchase again.

This app is a scam. You do not have to purchase a subscription on a bulb(s) you just purchased to have light, the correct app is called Cync.

Thought this was the Cync app for GE bulbs…IT’S NOT! Should not be first listing upon scanning QR code from GE packaging. Also, this app functions and experiences are not good. Not worth the $$$.

Couldn’t connect to app, QR Code given from boxes said it couldn’t be found. Emailed for a cancellation of subscription and was still charged 3 times.
