    I find this the best simple workout for a senior. Its gentle. Most important, each workout , one can pick their own pace. There is no background music or countdown that makes you feel like you have to do it quickly to catch up. Just a soft Instrumental tone.

    Soy Shirley, tengo 65 años y me estoy recuperando de un tobillo y una muñeca quebrada así que estos ejercicios son excelentes para recuperar la movilidad. Y como la sesión es corta es fácil de hacerla. Para hacerla más corta cambie el descanso de 30 segundos a cinco segundos segundos y eso funciona para mí.
