It’s a funny app, but I think not usable yet. It just doesn’t get the video or the photo right

You should always be able to try out a new AI to see if you like it, and this app offers credits to experiment. Unfortunately, I was only able to generate one video. Because each time the generation failed it used up all the credits while noting they would be refunded. They weren’t. So I’ll never really know if I like this app. The video that was generated had real potential but I’m not willing to pay $15 to find out. On to the next one.

The title say it all lol. Please updates with more then just fade motions , need other transition in the video editor! Also if runway can add lip sync with body movement to a songs in the video editor would be really nice . Please update !!

Tried to generate a simple rear-end car crash scene — one car completely stopped another violently hitting it from behind Spelled it out clearly in multiple variations multiple times Runway’s Gen-4 gave me the wrong result every time Front-on crashes wrong angles nothing accurate Reached out to support expecting actual help Thought they’d help reword the prompt share a working example or at least confirm if it was even possible Instead I got the classic “just keep trying” and a few generic links No solutions no real guidance no accountability I did keep trying and ended up wasting every single credit I had Zero usable results zero support zero refund If your project depends on accuracy or actual customer service Look somewhere else

hello I want to complain about your platform, it's a lie and not a platform, I bought credits subscription and used the most powerful model Gen4 to generate from a photo with an exact prompt on a video 5 sec very simple frame without unnecessary details and your model did not cope, I used all models every time including Gen4 the simplest frame that does not move is terrible I regret that I bought this platform, now I know Kling, Pika, Pollo cope 10 times better than runway

I’m having a lot of fun with it, for an out of work editor this is a mood lifter. It’s always being updated, lets me do crazy things and tell visual stories.
