I love shopping on Temu, but the free gifts are never free in the games seem endless Never to reach the finish line. But the items, the prices and the customer service. Can’t be beat.👍

The free gifts after you have done everything they asked for you to do you have to do way too much to receive your so called free goods I still haven’t received anything free yet but I keep using this app

I always loved Temu and recommended the app, but after having an issue with a return order, I don't like it as much. I ordered a trampoline from a local warehouse but decided I no longer wanted it, so I returned it. The shipping carrier lost the package. The seller submitted a claim with the shipping carrier and they informed me it was resolved. But, I still wasn't refunded. I even tried to dispute the charge with my bank and I honestly don't know why they didn't approve my dispute.It's been over 3 months and I'm still trying to get this issue resolved. Temu has issued me $50 worth of credits so far during the process but I would rather have my money back to my original payment method instead of credits that can only be used in the app. I paid $150 for the trampoline. They keep telling me that the chargeback is still showing as pending but my bank closed the dispute months ago and are telling me that Temu should have been refunded the chargeback amount by now. So I really don't know why I'm getting opposing information. I just hope this can be resolved soon so I can go back to being a happy Temu customer:(

So a couple days ago on the 19th I had gotten free gifts but it’s now the 21st and I still don’t have them so I checked back and it’s telling me to do this multiple steps thing and I don’t understand it. I am literally taking an entire hour to get one last thing which i have 99.90 energy? I don’t understand if this is a tease or not but can you please not make it such a big step thing because I’ve sent this to all of my friends and they’re already asking why I’m doing it so much. So now today I tried to get some other free gifts because it didn’t work and it’s still is multiple steps and I sent it to all my friends once again still nothing. I don’t know if it fake but I just want my stuff I’m tired🫤

This app is great for discounted items, but it is full of pop-ups for “free” items and bundles that are not actually legit. They’re rarely ever free. You need to place orders to earn coins that are only equate to pennies to reach a certain amount that it determines. So if you need to spend a minimum of $5 and you place an order of $5, you will only earn a few cents of that $5 to get you to a bundle of free items. Also shipping takes forever because many of the items are shipped from outside of the US.

I'm so happy I discovered Temu. Everything is priced reasonably and everything I've gotten has been great. I'm so happy.

Got suckered into trying it through an ad. It says as a welcome gift you will get 3 items free. Picked them and suddenly have a bill they want me to pay $18 for free items. Don’t be a sucker. Don’t get this app
