    Let me save you expensive lesson by sharing my experience. Don’t download the app. You’ll pay a hefty price for the service and the clothes are very expensive. If you’re able to spend hundreds on the membership and outfits, go ahead and give it a try. If you want to have a good experience with quality clothes that are at or near market price, choose another app. Horrible customer resolution, said they “can’t” actually refund…you will get less than half your money towards their clothes. Spoiler, the “credit” I was offered doesn’t cover the expense of their attire.

    App was not that helpful. On top of that, they didn’t make it clear on how to cancel subscription. Subscription doesn’t show in apple. And they weren’t helpful with refund. Won’t recommend!

    Difficult to use & they refuse to refund, even when they have made the mistake. Once you sign up, there’s many requests to sign up for more services. Search Reddit reviews for more info.

  • Canceled and still received a charge of $99 two months later! Under a different plan

    I want to cancel this app and get a refund I had already canceled and it shows in the app and two months later I got a charge for $99 this is a scam to charge someone who’s already canceled and isn’t using the App at all! I tried calling and I was hung up on (unprofessional) I called again and I could tell someone picked up and pushed me to a recording! And the phone was answered by the system or support and hung up! Instead of dealing with my cancellation!

    The “advice” is ridiculous- utterly unuseful. Then to cancel the service, only an email address is available and all interactions are robo-responses. AND AFTER CANCELING THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN. So I wrote back to say so, requesting a refund. Guess what? The robo-response was “you can cancel anytime” - utterly maddening. Very very unimpressed and, now, feel I was foolish to ever try this service.

    Updating and giving the app 4 stars (from 1). I have not used the app although I did purchase it. My initial review was due to a subscription charge that was not authorized. This has been resolved within the same day, hence the 4 stars
