I have an active subscription that the app does not recognize. There is clear path to get support to resolve the issue
  • Good intention, lacks updates.

The intention of this app is awesome. The functionality is lacking. There are restaurants no longer in business still showing. Some have moved locations. Seems like the sheer volume of restaurants to keep up with is a challenge for this app/service right now. Tough to pay for it given that.
  • Good idea. Poor follow through

Kind of costly. I got the subscription. It defaulted to one year rather than month to month as I thought that I had selected. There are many restaurants not reported, out of business restaurants remain listed, and the ability to add input is non existent. Sorry.. good idea. Not worth it. Poor app management and execution.
  • Needs to be free to bring in more users

Needs to be more users. The payment is keeping many potential users out, so not many restaurants are being investigated. Would prefer to click through some ads and have more restaurants be reviewed. Paying for it doesn’t seem worth it when hardly any restaurants around me have been reviewed and there’s many free apps out there already for scanning grocery ingredients. It’s a great concept, just needs more users to be successful. The few restaurants that have been reviewed around literally have only 1 review. Needs more users.
  • Paywall

Would have been nice to know beforehand it requires a payment method in order to try the “free trial.” It was a waste of time. I went through 5 minutes of prompts and questions before being prompted for a payment method.
  • No free option

You’re locked out from viewing the map unless you pay a subscription.
  • Need more options

    More comprehensive listings
  • Pay wall tactic. Only sees oils.

Typical 2025 developer asking for subscription. App is not bad as it shows ingredients that are harmful. Nice app but I have a no subscriptions on any app, but typical American is feeble and will fall for the subscription. This developer will do ok with this low maintenance and steady income. Another thing is the app wasted too much battery by always having the camera scanner open. Also only cares about seed oils, but there many other things to look out for.
  • Too invasive

Ask about 20 personal questions to tell you that you’ve basically have no service unless you wanna pay for it
  • Overpriced. Shouldn’t need a subscription

Way overpriced. This app doesn’t need a subscription as it’s just community notes. Should be free.
