    Bought a wireless doorbell camera 8 days ago. Have had to reset it multiple times as when I open the app it would not connect even though camera said connected. Finally contacted support this morning. The guy was nice and walked me through additional steps. Worked for a few hours then disconnected again. Went through all the steps again and then it wouldn’t reconnect at all. Contacted customer service. Not helpful at all and basically just told me to return it. Also the lady I spoke with had so much background noise I could barely understand her. Save your money and go with a ring product. Only bought Roku bc that was what’s in stock.

    Its not giving me videos or any pictures when detecting movement. The first week gave me a couple of videos, then it stop and gave me just pictures. Now it doesn’t give me any kind of movement at all. They also disconnect by them selves, Don’t buy them it’s a waste of money.

    As of today it shows my bulbs but won’t connect or show they are on when they are. I just set them up and all was good. This app needs a solid update or I have to go and get Phillips bulbs which is kinda tedious. Will put at 5 star when I get access back to my bulbs. WiFi is good and everything is up to date and use 16 pro for app access. It shows them in the list but shows not connected when they’re on working I just can’t access them.

    My camera hasn’t been taking any pictures and when it does they are blank and my sound or mic doesn’t work anymore

    Doesn’t stay connected to network draws more negative attention then positive from who would be responding to the perp. Massive gaps in the recording footage and the staff was intentionally discriminative with their response when I emailed support about this issue.

    My cameras stop recording for no reason also when I’m trying to watch my feed on my Roku tv it just stops out of no where I keep letting Roku know about it nd no issues resolved

    I do hear a noise outside a car outside on the front and I can’t see the previous video or either. It’s not showing up just saying there’s nothing there. Please update.
