    It's the worst app I've ever used, overall. It's the slowest thing I've ever used. It kept disconnecting, it took forever to type, and every action was sooooo slow. A weekly payment for such a terrible app? No thanks! I never write reviews, but this app is truly awful.

    They are quick to charge 6.99 a week for the subscription which is a rip-off because the control can't connect to fire stick and when it does it freezes after you push a button once then it looses connection and takes 20 seconds to reconnect. I tried lowering the volume and it froze my fire stick also started lagging so I used my fire stick physical control and it responded efficiently which leads me to conclude this app is not worth the 6.99 a week they want to charge.

    Do not download this app. Amazon had a free firestick app. I accidentally downloaded and the app will continue to redownload onto my IPhone despite deleting multiple times

    The company who made this paid for it to be advertised in front of the app made by Amazon and made their logo look similar enough to fool some people. Try using the Amazon app first as it’s free. The creators of this app may give you a ‘free trial’ at first. But seriously, who wants to pay a monthly subscription for a freaking remote? It’s the most absurd thing ever. Some might even say a scam. I feel bad for the old grandma who was ended up getting fooled into paying for a subscription that she didn’t need. Even if the app ran flawlessly, it’s obvious the way it’s presented is meant to trick some people. If they are willing to trick customers into downloading it, it makes me wonder what else they are trying to trick people with. Willing to bet there is other shady stuff, like customer data being sold off. They should be ashamed.
