    Had not much of an issue connecting the camera most of these guys probably didn’t read the instructions I just don’t like that the camera is kinda narrow on the front view and it also didn’t come with a memory card so it can’t record until I get one so, kinda inconvenient but the app delivers just what I needs and is simple to use.

    Can’t open the app tried to delete and download and connect the customer service but no solution. I like the camera but the app is the big issue

    App won’t open no matter what. Tried deleting and redownloading. Still nothing. Shame too because the camera is actually kinda nice.

    It just won’t connect to the camera at all no matter how many times I try. It just doesn’t work at all. The app definitely needs some upgrades. People should be able to use it as it was advertised. I regret I kept the camera I should of returned it right away and get something that works properly.

    I tried about 7 times to connect the camera with the app in my phone and it never connected. I deleted the app, reset camera to original settings, changed sd card, etc It never worked The instructions manual is inaccurate It never prompted me to format the sd card. Waste of time and money

  • Partially connects to dvr

    Got to connect to dvr partially. Video window only shows spinning icon for a minute then goes back to “dvd disconnected” screen. If I try to access the video files immediately when attempting to connect to the dvd, I can. When I exit the video files area the spinning starts again and the dvr disconnects.

    The only instruction is to connect Phone to the Avaett network but then it asks for a password, i tried my app password, doesn’t work and biting in tbe user manual or app that helps
