Tapon - Stories & Novels

This is not for me. I am unable to read without tons of work to be able to open a chapter. Often I do not go back to current chapter and have unlocked the wrong one. The chapters are so small. It was advertised as free but I really can’t read easily due to all the ads and having to get the free credits to read. Very disappointed.

I’ve contacted support four different times. Their support is in an opposite time zone and when they reply they don’t bother waiting for you to respond before closing the ticket. I subscribed to the annual plan for 119$ for the daily perks and coin perks I was supposed to get. The subscription is active in my iTunes account but not showing up in app. I was charged for the payment four days ago and still have no perks. The chat they use will not allow me to send a screenshot to them because it has been disabled, but they say there is no way to email it to them or provide them further. I like this app for reading and decided to commit a hefty amount to keep using it, but now have to report them for fraud because no one will help me recuperate the 119$+ processing fees I’ve paid and gotten NONE of the perks listed in the app for, and support has given me zero options to prove it by nature of not even reading the messages or offering an alternative form to send in evidence. They don’t seem to care whether I have paid or gotten any perks, so now I also have to report them to iTunes for unethical practices. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE.

Good story line so far on my first book! Will find out more as I move along. Going the free route so far so are chapters each day.

I like the story of The Abandoned Wife very much but all the business of topping up is becoming a burden for my finances. I will try to finish this story but will not start another.

Confused on how your add is going to say completely free and never have to pay again… yet 8 chapters in and I need to top up my coins. Scam.

So if everything is Free, Free, Free, then why are you trying to sell us Coins when we download your app? Is it a bait and switch scam?

This app has many books and various genres. I enjoy this app and I think you will too.

If you want anyone to enjoy your app the first thing you can do is not falsely advertise on forums like facebook that your books are free to read. If I have to pay for coins to unlock chapters, your service is not free.

The cost of reading this book is horrendous. $100+ for 1 book!the book is Free until it’s not 7 chapters into the story!
