Track books that you want to read in the TBR, track books you've read, and track books you're currently reading! (No book limits) Rate your books once you've read them and log your favorite moments with our quick and easy log rating system. Finding books is easier than ever with our public ratings so you can easily see what pov a book is in, what tropes it contains, reread rate, and 4 genre specfic ratings (Example: Romance has Spice, Fluff, Humor, and Tear ratings). Your ratings will be kept anonymous so that you can be honest with your book review. Within our rating system, you can log: Your reading book format, 5 Star Rating (Including Half Stars!), Up to four genre ratings, If you'd reread or not, If you DNF the book, Favorite Characters, Favorite Quotes, Series, Standalone Books, Pro Quotes and Annotations (Paid Subscription Required) and Any additional thoughts about the book We also have a Pro Rating Feature (Subscription Required) Within the pro-rating screen you can log: Book Tropes, Book Playlists, (These are to keep track of songs, they cannot be played within the app) POV format and amount, TV Show and Movie Adaption Ratings, and 4 Seasonal Ratings Make your own custom reading goal for the year!     i never write reviews for apps but i’ve been using this for a while and i’ve loved it. the only problem i have is i wish that the half star ratings would go in order on your read list. it bugs me that my 4.5 rated are above some of my 5 star rated books.

    Been using the app since 2022 and lost everything (over 300 books). I deleted the app January 20 because it wasn’t working, and when I downloaded it again everything was gone expect 60 books from 2024 !!!!. Reported to TBR-Bookshelf team via Insta the same day, and have been doing so since then, and haven't heard back. Loved using the app before this, but losing all data and lack of follow up has been more than disappointing. I’m deep in depression now. If I die the blame is on ALL of YOUUU!!! BTW. My ICloud got backed up over 24 hours before I deleted the app. So the issue here is YOU!!!!! I hope you don’t have a peaceful sleep until you fix this. Bye bye

  • Unable to import data

    I’ve been using this app for over a year now and have loved it. The issue is that I moved to a new phone and my data didn’t transfer. I have all of my data for the past few years including hundreds of books on my TBR that I’d like to access. I made sure to backup all my data as a CSV like the app tells you, then followed the exact instructions to import the info back into the app but each time it crashes. There isn’t a way for me to report anything except to re-download Mail and I tried reaching out over social media but haven’t heard back yet. Please fix this bug, I’d love to get my data back and give a good rating back. Also maybe make it easier to reach out about issues not just the mail app? I’ve loved using this app and it’s such a bummer it’s not working properly.

    The overall appearance of the app is aesthetic-which I love! Butttt I just wish that I could access more without pro! Also I think it would be better if everyone’s reviews of the books were public. Like you should make an option for public reviews in settings. I love the categories like TBR (to be read), reading right now, and finished. I think it makes the app way more fun and useful. Overall I like it!! Go download it!! :)

    I loved this app but just this last week it stopped opening so I deleted it and tried to download again. I paid a year for the app and I can’t get my subscription back and lost everything. Wish I could get my subscription connected again that I’m paying for. Can’t find a website to contact to get help.

  • Lost 2 Years of Books

    Been using the app for two years and lost everything (100+ books/year) right before the end of 2023 so I hadn’t screenshot it. Reported to TBR-Bookshelf team email link in app on Jan 2 and haven’t heard back. Loved using the app before this, but losing all data and lack of follow up has been disappointing.

    Really liked the app until it wouldn’t let me open it. No big deal, I thought. So, I deleted the app and redownloaded it only to discover all of my data was gone. Thanks a lot.

    EDITED: I just reduced my initial rating from 4 to 3 because the app crashed yesterday so I deleted and reinstalled it. When I signed in again all of my lists were gone so I have to start from scratch. 😢 I love this app! Initially it wasn’t totally self explanatory, so a couple of small things took some tinkering to figure out. I sent a note to the developer and never heard back, but I managed to get it on my own. They could use a simple tutorial, maybe. I’d also like to see iCloud sync so I can use the app on both my phone and iPad.

    I will NEVER EVER recommend this app to anyone ever again. This entire app has failed on me multiple times and lost my entire process and my tbr. This last time , I was a pro member in hopes that if I paid for the app, they would keep all of my data safe. But no , when the app went down showed all of my progress and my 200 book tbr. When I contacted the company, they told me that they are working on the software to have that stop happening… why wouldn’t you already have it?

  • Always crashing and deleted my info

    I used this app for over a little over year and it was easy to use and navigate at first. Then I kept getting ads to join their premium subscription (just to give more detailed book reviews so not worth it for me). It can be tricky to find the exact book you need and I did have to manually log a few lesser known books. Now recently the app has been crashing every time I try to open it and I haven’t been able to log any books read. Finally after waiting a few days I try again… ALL my books are gone. Nothing from my TBR or Read pile was saved. Will not be downloading again.
