    I paid for my re-subscription last night!! Got into a few episodes!! Now I wake up a day later and they’re asking me to purchase again in order to watch when I just paid 7.99 last night!! Something has to be done about this!!

    I had to cancel my subscription I’m steady paying for a subscription I can’t even watch I pay and literally click on something and it’s telling me to pay for the same subscription I’ve already purchased I’ve emailed even tried to call this isn’t fair to take my money and I can’t even watch anything

    I have not one but TWO subscriptions to now that’s TV- both still active & I can’t watch nothing on the app. I keep getting a message to buy a subscription to watch so I thought maybe my last subscription lapsed. I bought the 2nd subscription and realized my old account was still active and I should’ve been able watch. So now I got 2 subscriptions to this app that I can’t access 👎🏽 I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled, turn my phone off/on after reinstalling then tried again, updated the app, and nothing….

    App constantly glitches and crashes. Even worse watching on tv. Every time I try to watch on the tv I have to pair the same exact device every single time!!! Then they take multiple monthly payments! I originally had the gold tier membership. They attempted to take a monthly payment on 3/3, but the card on file was locked. So I went online and tried to resubmit the payment, but the system wouldn’t allow me to submit the payment. So I decided to change my subscription tier to silver and paid. Two days later after they received payment for my account, I received an alert that they took another payment for the same account. Apparently I was charged for a silver tier subscription and also a gold tier subscription. Again, I only have ONE ACCOUNT! I reached out to customer service to resolve the matter to no avail. At first they kept saying they have a no refund policy for different accounts. I explained that I didn’t have multiple accounts, this was the same account that they were charging two subscriptions on. I didn’t even ask for a refund, I only asked for a credit. I figured they could just give me a credit for the following month. Well apparently they weren’t willing to do that… I spent the last week going back and forth with “customer support” (if you could even call it that) almost every day fighting for a monthly credit. Then when I told them I was contacting my bank and they were going to have to deal with the chargeback, I was told that after this month my account was going to be cancelled. Needless to say I reported them to my bank and now want to warn other consumers. This company is ghetto, dishonest, and unprofessional, please beware if you decide to do business with them and make sure you monitor your bank account for additional monthly fees. After seeing the other complaints, I am not the only one.

    I paid for the 7.99 gold subscription. They took out 11.89 then tried to recharge me 15.14. Just scamming people for no reason. I’ve had to block them bc they keep trying to charge Cash App card.

    It's annoying that this network does not come on all TVs. So when we are trying to connect it from our phones to watch on tv and its giving us a hard time, that is frustrating. Please get on other tvs besides ROKU? 🧐
