    The charges just keep comming and you have no recourse. Not worth it. Between May and June they charged my account 5 times and feel they were correct doing this. I never even purchased anything.They are just a money hungry site that I want no part of.

    This service is NOT worth paying for. Save your money and use Google Travel—it’s free, easier to use, and actually finds you better deals. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this app and their customer service. I requested a refund after just a couple of days of trying to use it because it was completely useless for me. Every time I searched for flights to cities I regularly travel to, the app kept saying no flights could be found. When I contacted customer service for a refund, the experience only got worse. They claimed they couldn’t find my account and asked for the last 4 digits of my credit card. I even sent them a screenshot of the transaction, and still, they failed to locate my account or provide any real help. Instead of assisting me, they made the process unnecessarily frustrating. This has been nothing but a disappointing and stressful experience.
