Submitted all my information was accepted and then now I can’t access my information through this app, says it’s not connected. CS isn’t helping. Can’t list any products to showcase, just all around terrible.

Excellent service with none of the stupid rules Facebook makes.

I’m trying the update but I’ve been trying for weeks to get it to link up with my Enchanted Desert Essentials TikTok and it doesn’t. I listed one item my hottest Etsy product my chaparral shower bundles and I am still waiting to be approved 🤷‍♀️

As a seller you rely on the company to provide technical support when things dont work. Everything is robots and faq with zero real answers. They going to give you violations with zero proof. Orders come in with zero notifications. Make you waste all kind of time ohh send me a screenshot, of what? The emails i am not getting of the order but thousands of junk sales newsletters that dont get any sales. They want you to post videos but anything bigger than probably a minute is a disaster to upload constantly fails. They pretend to be very nice and helpful but out of the manyyy tickets i have in goes no where. Not even their own website plugins they cant help with, just ended up with third party paid stuff. Things are hit or miss with traffic, you think you finally figured it out, nope little views. I think TikTok is great for influencers but if you also got a business to run this is a real headache. Super nice people but useless in so many ways.

Already received a violation and account deactivated 10 minutes after being approved. I’m a author and have books published on Amazon and fulfillment by Amazon and TikTok Store shut my store down for the same books that are published on Amazon with a ISBN that I’m the author of. Waste of time and doesn’t make sense for new sellers onboarding. Appeal two times and was denied both time I provided my ID, articles of organization, seller’s permit as well as woocommerce store. TikTok shop is not for FinTech companies that have durable goods/service or book sellers the platform is for affiliates and products that are consumer related.

They do not care about you they will ruin your life

I went to add a variant and all of my prior variant photos were deleted.

AI gives ridiculous violations, and when you bring it up to the help center it takes MONTHS to reach someone and even then it doesn’t get resolved. I don’t recommend it at all.

My store Vive Mistica LLC Getting ridiculous violations the reason for the violation not on the policy. Getting in touch with agents that they don’t know what are they talking about. The violations reason they don’t go with the rules. Appealing always rejected even having all the proof on hands. Other thing I noticed was that when a TikTok campaign coming crazy violations too. I did got a violation for a all month and the weirdest thing was that I didn’t got in touch with costumer service that month when I got in touch with them again for a a buyer lies violation points again. I hope it get ban in USA soon.

This is the worst app I’ve ever seen. I sell on Amazon, eBay, and Facebook, among others. I’ve never encountered an app like this before. They make it very difficult for you to sell on their platform. I don’t recommend selling on TikTok Shop.
