This App is literally a complete headache and NEVER WORKS!!! It kicks me out 99% of the time, no exaggeration!!! You guys need to fix it ASAP!!!! The “bug” that you all claimed was or is fixed is not the case at all - we pay a lot to have this system and for us to have peace of mind. It’s not happening! Please do better!!

Technology is cool but the app is absolutely TRASH. No need for an explanation if you have it you already know.
  • Never loads, clips are corrupted

I don't understand why I'm paying for an app that doesn't work. For over a month now the app will take ages to load or just not work completely. And if it does work? We can never view certain clips! Our baby started choking and gasping over the baby monitor and when we tried to check the clip (which alerted us it was recorded) the clip was "unavailable" so we have no idea what happened to him. It's practically useless at this point. Looking to steer clear away from these products because we've had issues the entire 9 months we've used it. Our wifi connection is NOT the issue.
  • Love the sock, trouble with the app

I feel confident in the peace of mind provided by the sock in terms of tracking her breathing and heart rate. It gives me some calm when sleeping. However; this app is super buggy and as of late hasn’t been logging sleep cycles appropriately, is showing multiple “current” sleep sessions, and is just overall annoying to navigate. Hope it’s just a bug and gets fixed soon.

    Doesn’t work on iPad
  • Nothing but connection issues

This camera and app worked fine for the first year, but now it disconnects frequently and takes forever to pair. I went a month without getting it to connect, trying once every few days. Finally it started working again but it will disconnect every week or two. At first I would have recommended this camera to anyone but the connection issues forced me to buy another camera that made me realize how inferior and WiFi dependent this camera is. Is it a software problem? A firmware problem? Maybe it’s the hardware? Idk, but I’m disappointed that I’m having these kinds of issues with a camera that comes at a premium cost.
  • The best purchase any parent could make.

Our daughter is 3 months old. The other night the owlet sock alerted us at 5 in the morning of a high heart rate (255 bpm). After the initial panic and checking to see if our daughter was okay we rushed her to the hospital where they discovered she was in SVT (supra-ventricular tachycardia) and we had to stay over night for monitoring as well as having her take beta blockers. Without the owlet alerting us she could have stayed in tachycardia for hours or even days. The single best purchase any parent could make is the owlet sock. I recommend this to any parent with young children
  • Unreliable camera

Honestly with the amount of time this app takes to load, I might as well walk up the stairs and go into my baby’s room. I’ve messed with the settings and yet still sometimes things will happen in his room that aren’t caught and I get no notification. It’s honestly a subpar monitor, the temperature isn’t ever accurate, the camera freezes, it will pick up the sound of the fan but not when my child is actually trying to climb out of his crib. Honestly I’m so fed up with how unreliable this monitor is I’m just gonna buy a Bluetooth one for my baby’s room and maybe use this one as front door security instead. Very disappointed because I paid a lot of money for this camera and it just wasn’t worth it.

Connection fails weekly. Bad product, bad engineering. It’s been going on for months. Don’t trust a fix
  • Fix your app or fix your prices.

For a camera that’s worth hundreds of dollars, you would think their app would actually work. I don’t understand why with every update it makes the app worse. And then recently having the audacity to come up with the 360 subscriptions when your app can’t even run right…If anyone else is experiencing app crashes while paying for a subscription, then they deserve their money back.
