  • Broken App

I’ve been using Solo for about six months now and it’s been great until the last month or so. Solo now only links with five gig apps. Those apps are Uber, Uber eats, Lyft, DoorDash and Grubhub. The developer has been responding to other reviews saying email us and will help you with connection “errors”. However, the issue is not a connection error, the issue is that links to other gig gaps do not exist in the app at all.. There is no spark, there is no Instacart, and all the other gig gaps in their list of supposedly compatible apps are completely gone from the app. The 5 apps I listed are the only options provided when you go to link an account. I suggest moving on to a new solution, this developer is dishonest. Don’t trust them with your money. UPDATE: Dev’s responded with basically the same garbage about errors and “email us so we can help” bologna. I don’t think they even read the review. You can’t connect spark to solo if the functionality doesn’t exist! I’m not getting errors. Out of all the gig apps Solo advertises as being compatible, only 5 actually are. Spark and instacart have been completely removed from Solo, along with many others.

App is not updating with DoorDash and I have to constantly re-link grubhub constantly.
  • Incorrect tracking

Not tracking in your favor if you are premium and pay for credits. If u are outside area n under they won’t pay u but if over they will deduct from balance. Multi app if under is ok, but if over they screw you. Make up your mind and follow your own policies Solo

I can’t add my Instacart account. I have all the other platforms just not Instacart. I kind of need an app like this that does them all.

I was using this app all year to track all my gig expenses, then one day my spark app wouldn’t link unless I signed out of spark and linked it once a week. Now, I can’t link spark at all, or a few other gig apps I do. They’re. It even an option in the app anymore. The only options I see are food delivery and roadie. Spark and Instacart are gone. What gives? It worked great until it kept unlinking some apps. I may have to find something else for this year.
  • No option for spark

The app was great and I’d give it more stars except all of a sudden it won’t let me connect spark. Until this is fixed (stopped linking since November) low score.
  • Lacking business intelligence for non-metro areas, and not enough gig apps

While I appreciate the scope of tracking miles and gaining work insights, where I live is not in a large city area. So those insights and usefulness of this app are greatly limited. Add in, there is not yet a way to connect to Instacart and Walmart Spark. Partnerships with both would help increase the viability of Solo. As it stands, my gig involvement remains incomplete on Solo. I do regret my one-year subscription but remain hopeful they can improve the app’s usefulness and soon.

I received a response to my previous review, telling me to reach out to Support for help fixing a “connection error” when I stated they removed platforms from sync. No I won’t reach out. It’s NOT a connection error. You stopped supporting multiple platforms that we all use. Fix it

I connect my Uber Driver with the Solo and only the Uber eats is showing up. I have logged in and logged out installed and uninstalled and every time I use Solo only Uber eats is showing. When I click on Uber, it takes me to a landing site to sign up as a driver or login when I do that it’s just a staircase to nowhere I have paid for this app. I want my money back or I want to be able to connect Uber not Uber eats

New to the app and was liking it, still like what it has to offer however it hasn’t been updating my trip and earnings info for the past two days.
