Years ago when AI apps began to release, I downloaded this app. I loved it so much that I paid $100 for their “premium services”. Really I just wanted to support the devs for making such a great app at the time. However after some time, I lost every single picture that I created. 2 years or so of posts all gone. I assumed there was some kind of outage but they never recovered. It’s been well over a year now and everything I ever created with this app is still gone. I went to their discord for support and I see lots of people have been having this problem. Several people open support tickets and they either get ignored or the devs play it off like they’re looking into it. Something seems fishy about the whole thing and if there’s ever a class action lawsuit or anything like that, I’ll be the first person to sign up.

I was just charged today for a week of premium access — but guess what? That entire week, premium wasn’t working. No features, no access, nothing. I assumed the payment hadn’t gone through because the service was clearly inactive. Turns out, they did charge me, and I got zero value in return. This is beyond frustrating. It’s dishonest. If you check my account activity, it’s obvious I couldn’t use what I paid for. And now I’m expected to just accept that? No thanks. I’ve already contacted customer service demanding a full refund. If they don’t fix this, I’ll make sure everyone knows how shady this setup is. Charging people for a broken service is unacceptable. Do better.

2 days as a pro user & it doesn’t respond. I tapped on app support & it’s just a promo for something else. Infuriating & criminal. Even finding time to write this review. {#%>!?

I purchased the app for one-week subscription. On the first day, it didn’t generate the images correctly no matter how precise my prompts were. I tried many times but couldn’t get a satisfying result. From the second day, the app began showing errors. I even asked my friend to try generating an image, and it turned out the app wasn’t working for them either. Now I have only three days left from my purchase, and I haven’t been able to use it at all. I basically wasted my money

I have had this app for over a year, however for most of this year I’ve been unable to create a saved gallery of my photos. I have written many requests to have this addressed but I do not get a response of why my feature doesn’t work. When I first got the app, I had a great amount of saved images but they disappeared when I upgraded the app. Ever since then I can not save any images. Anybody else having this issue??

This app is broken. It has not been fixed in over a year. All the pictures I saved are gone, even the favorites are gone.. nothing new shows up..I can’t use this app at all.. What a waist of money..

Update: The app lost all functionality last night, again, with no communication from the developers. It is a dead app, yet still collecting money. It is time for a class-action lawsuit against Wombo, and Apple for knowingly offering this scam in the app store. Apple has months worth of user reviews outlining the situation. It’s time to fight back. This app should be removed from the app store. It is a scam. The app is broken and full of glitches. The developers never fix anything. Nearly ALL positive reviews are from the app’s launch. At that point; the app was excellent. But updates have rendered it completely unusable. More recent reviews tell the truth about how awful it has become. The customer service is the WORST I have ever seen from any business. The NSFW issue will NEVER be fixed. They are outright lying. The word “kiss” is forbidden. Bikinis forbidden. Disgusting scam.

I could access my app account information easily. The user interface is elementary. I couldn’t easily find a way to upload photos to edit. This app is awful. Save your time and money.
