    Let holy. Multiple features don’t work. The weight calibration page literally shows a template. Like Title, subtitle and placeholder words. How is it THIS bad. The RFID Fountain itself just does not work at all. Powered off, powered on, unplugged, plugged in, disassembled and reassembled, Reset it, did Weight Calibration over and over. Just nothing will make it actually work as you know, a fountain.

  • Wet feeder tray keeps spinning

    I recently purchased a second wet food feeder and after only 60 days, it has stopped working properly. Sometimes the tray rotates as normal and on schedule, but other times the tray will keep spinning, which means my cat is unable to eat.

  • Enable >3 feeds a day, seriously

    My cat refuses to eat 3 times a day on schedule like a working class human. Please enable automatic rolling between multiple schedules to achieve 6+ feeds/day, even if it means each session is only 5-10 minutes long. - My workaround is to set up 2-3 rolling schedules and manually switch between those on alarms. If I miss one, I screwed. - When switching between schedules, if past typical start time, the date can move forward for a day at random. So she hungry for an entire schedule. I screwed again. - Also when switching between schedules, one of the feeding duration could also default open time for 1 minute. Why? - Even if i managed the rolling schedule right, there is no way to monitor how much food left in each bowl. How would I know if one or two are running out and she’s staring into emptiness? I had to install a camera. Maybe the bot can come with one, or just tell us through the app by weight. Simple.

    As another user has noted, why have the feeding logs suddenly stopped the weekend of July 26? Had a panic because my already skinny cat showed as not having eaten for two days, but then realized his sturdy sister’s says the same. I know I’ve seen her at the feeder.

    I just bought 5 feeders and a waterer. I also signed up for the additional free trial on the app. Everything worked great. Until it didn’t. All 5 feeders stop tracking eating at the same time. Before the last upgrade it stopped working, but the upgrade didn’t fix it. I spent way too much money on these feeders for the app to not track. They are all connected to WiFi and the app has other features working. I’m disappointed the tracker is already not working. Please fix this soon! I’ve reached out to support with no resolution. I have another friend with this as well and it isn’t working for her either. I will add I was hopeful the subscription would actually help me determine how much food I should be giving them based on various factors. I found now where where it did this. I canceled the subscription as it seemed to add no value.

    The latest update does not track when a pet comes to the feeder to eat. I can see up until Friday morning each time my pet would go to the polar wet food feeder, but nothing since Friday.

    Can’t find a way to contact you. We’ve had three can feeders for 15 days. It’s just stop telling us in the app when the cats eat. It tells us that food was dispensed, but all three feeders are not reporting when the cats are eating… I’ve updated and reinstalled the app.

    Just wanna let everybody know to never subscribe to their services! Once you click on a subscription, they will continue to charge you no matter what…even if your product is unable to perform that function. I signed up before knowing the cat feeder DOES NOT have the ability to give you ANY ADDITIONAL feedback than what comes with the app. I contacted them regarding the situation and they could care less. They are still charging me $12.99 a month!! don’t get caught in the same scam!

  • Please get rid of the automatic rotation behavior

    This app overrides my system level setting to lock the screen rotation. It’s also extremely sensitive, you basically have to hold the phone perfectly vertically to avoid it going into landscape mode. Please remove this “feature” or allow us to turn it off.
