  • Only worked once

    I bought this with high hopes. It only worked one time. The next time I tried to use it, it disconnected from the network/wifi and it's never been the same. Does not keep cold, always flashing the network status light, the app cannot reconnect to wifi or reset settings to default. Extremely disappointing. My app is up to date and I reset the physical device several times. Where is the solution???

  • Unable to update firmware

    I woke up and found that the device prompted me in the app to update the firmware which I have never had a problem with before. Now, though, it gets all the way to 93% and hangs. It then tells me the update failed. Frustrated. I have attempted to update several times with no luck this morning even after removing the batteries and reconnecting to power

  • can’t rely on the scheduled feedings

    i end up using the “feed now” button because the scheduled feedings are all disabled and i can’t enable them. i tried to delete some of the times and add new ones and the schedule on the main screen doesn’t reflect the changes. i uninstalled and reinstalled, and also reset to factory settings. can’t get it to work correctly.

  • Feeding multiple times a day

    I like it so far, but my biggest issue is that I can only feed my cat once a day from one section. I would like the option to open it up multiple times a day for a certain time without having to do it manually. My cat eats a little bit at a time throughout the whole day so this would make things easier. Otherwise I have to refill it every other day, which negates the purpose of ease.

  • Barely works

    It’s almost impossible to scan the QR code. Why don’t they let you manually type in the numbers? I have to get another iPhone, use its camera to zoom in on it, and then take a picture of that iPhone’s screen. The user interface is super confusing and poorly thought out.

    Over all, it’s a great feeder and I should be giving it 5 stars. However, it’s been doing this thing for about a month now where the set schedule will not stay set. So, every day, I have to reset the feeding schedule because as soon as it dispenses food, the schedule erases itself. I keep waiting for a software update to perhaps fix the issue. And I’ve already pushed that “reset” button to essentially reboot the thing which was difficult in itself as it wouldn’t reconnect to the wifi. I had to empty the food and take a battery out because there is no off switch. That worked and the wifi was able to reconnect. But this did not fix the schedule issue, and I continue having to reset the schedule every single evening. Eventually, I will get tired of this and purchase another brand. Sorry to say because it worked well for the first few months. Hope you guys can fix this!

  • Needs dark mode

    This app is in dire need of a dark mode tired of searing my eyes to feed the kitties at 3 AM when they are being fussy. It also needs Amazon Alexa integration. We should be able to say Alexa feed the cat as we’re walking out the door, so the cats are run away from the door to the feeder. Once those two things are added it’ll be five stars.

    . . . until the last update. Now I can’t stay logged in for more than 15 seconds at a time. It’s a nightmare and almost useless.

    I love my fountains. Please add the water level indicators to the left side of the reservoir. It is inconvenient and I have to turn it, because I can’t remember where they are.
