  • Game is broken, don’t get

    The Arena portion of the game is broken. It matches with an opponent then freezes. This happens about %50 of the time. Habby is aware of the issue and hasn’t done anything about it in over a year. Edit: Habby responded to this with “try restarting the game” the problem with this is the first player in a match to do this loses the match and the other wins. So you end up sitting there waiting for the other to reboot first. More issues: there hasn’t been a level add to Trial Tower in years, it stops at 200. Let me add, I do enjoy the game, it is fun but the support is not great leaving a lot of people just not want to play.

    Please fix arena mode. Every time I try to play, it just sits there until one of the players gives up for force closes the app, taking a loss.

  • Punrank is a fail keep getting fraud detected

    I have spent alot of money in the game and everytime i get a great score in one of their fames i get flagged for fraudulent. I don’t understand why it keeps on happening. I pay real money so I can have an advantage getting higher scores and if I’m not getting higher scores then what’s the point of paying real money? I’d be careful spending cash on this game even if you make your character level up with real money, you can’t get the scores to be top rank

    Game was great and i loved it until about a month or 2 ago. The pvp arena stopped working properly. It wont load me into the game which in-turn makes me lose stars and drop rank. This really needs to be fixed. I went from diamond to gold without actually facing someone because of this bug

    Use to love the game but deleted it a while back because I can’t get past 10% at the start up load screen, redownloaded today in hopes that it was fixed and still same problem, completely unplayable even after sitting on the start up screen for 30mins loading won’t budge past 10%

  • Game won’t start after update

    The game won’t start anymore. It stops while loading resources and never comes up. I spent over 2 years playing just this game and now I can’t get my fix of Punball anymore. Edit: This happens only in some geographic areas. When I go to another part of town the game loads fine after upgrade and works fine anywhere thereafter until the following upgrade which breaks it again. The support suggested me to use a VPN to play the game. I think this is ridiculous.

  • Bugs not fixed for months

    I really feel bad for anyone putting money into this game. They have had a bug for months and promised fixes but multiple upgrades and still not fixed. They make sure to make advancements to get users to spend money, but can’t seem to fix a basic functionality.
