Up in the mountains, where we were, we could not get a signal therefore your tour didn’t work. GPS wouldn’t work at all.

A few days ago a friend and I went to the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone we used the app and it was amazing. We loved the information and directions. The stories the narrator shared enhanced our trip. I look forward to buying more locations and using them as I travel the US.

Shaka Guide was absolutely amazing and made our trip unforgettable! It was so helpful and truly enhanced the entire experience—we honestly couldn’t imagine our trip without it. The commentary was both informative and entertaining, blending history, fun facts, and lighthearted jokes perfectly. We especially loved how the music set the mood and gave us such a sense of place. Everything felt easy, smooth, and enjoyable thanks to this app. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling—Shaka Guide made our trip perfect!

We bought the guide for Yellowstone and are so glad we did! The tips and navigation were so helpful. We saw things that we would have missed otherwise—the park is just massive and this breaks it into bite size pieces. The bits of history sprinkled in were all interesting. Will absolutely use for the next park we tour!

From start to finish and return back home, the Shaka guide kept you updated with each spot location. We felt safe and truly got to enjoy road to Hana like it was meant to be enjoyed!

The review didn’t have a lot of insight or valuable information. The writing and narration were too focused on trying to be entertaining and totally missed being informative It got to the point where we just didn’t want to use it. We had a great experience with Shaka tours for the big island of Hawaii back in 2017 and this tour really let us down.

This audio tour is one of the best things I’ve ever experienced for understanding a military battlefield especially the scale of Gettysburg. You can download it and use it as many times as you want. It talks right to you before you start and walks you through every major and minor points of the battlefield giving very in depth descriptions of monuments, key figures, battles, and locations of the battlefield. You can download the tour at your own pace and it won’t start another one until you drive over the next point. If there is more to discuss about a certain point, you can pull off at a designated parking spot and listen to the additional details. It will tell you which one to select on the trail. It took us about 5 hrs to do this tour with the museum and tour…don’t start this at 3 or 4 o clock thinking you’ll finish it all. My recommendation you start in the morning and spend a whole day on the trail to get a complete in depth tour of everything. There is a lot to walk up to and see. You can’t get lost. The audio tour maps the park for you like Google maps and will tell you where to turn and park. This is excellent for people with walking disabilities or not able to move far distances. The tour is better walking to all the points but you can do the whole tour from your vehicle. The monuments are amazing!!!! I don’t think a tour guide for $117 can give you what the audio tour can. For $30 we got to do the museum and tour…military/veterans get into the museum for free. Bring it up before you pay for everyone. You won’t regret buying this audio tour. We definitely enjoyed it and we would have missed so much without it. Totally a game changer for understanding the battlefield.

It was great on the Road to Hāna. But when we were coming back it was not giving us the same detailed experience. We missed a lot if things, including going to the Volcanic Hike with flashlights.
