    When I try to sign in you want to send me a code. It takes a very long time to arrive in my email. When I put in the code it says it doesn’t recognize my email. Its the one I originally signed up with and my only email address. I’m guessing it took so long to receive the code that it expired! So how do I sign in?

    Most social media are shaped like an asterisk. You are at one of the points. It looks like you are communicating directly, but the algorithm is at the very middle, directing traffic. Substack isn’t like that.
