    The app will not allow me to delete my account. I hit delete account and then it asks if I’m sure, has keep account and delete account options. I press delete accounts and it will not do anything, I press keep account and reads it fine.

    I have used this app and really enjoyed it. However, I changed my subscription to the 19.99 a month which should allow you to download 500+ leads. I have logged in and there is no way to do this within the app. I have called the phone number on the website and it does not work. I have sent an email to their contact email address and have not received a response. I would like to continue using the problem if someone can address my concerns.

    I have emailed 3 times for password help and no response. I read on the internet to click on forgot password - but, nothing to click on. Iphone app will allow you to change password if you know the old password- but if I knew it, I wouldn’t need help. H..E..L..P!!!

    I have used this app freqeuntly since joining the insurance business. It has been a very impactful tool, and easy to use. I have recommended this app to countless agents here in my office. I have easily made over 10,000 phone calls on this application. The one suggestion that I would recommend is that the developers prescreen the data they have uploaded for people turning 65 in June, I believe they have imported data of people who turned 65 in 2022, rather than 2023. I have encountered many people on the phone who are said to be turning 65 in June of 2023 stating that they turned in June of 2022. This is the only month I have encountered this problem. And at the time of writing this review, there are no people turning 65 in October and November of 2023 saved in the app. There is data of people turning 65 in December, so I do believe this is a small issue that could be resolved. But this is a fantastic app overall. 9/10

    Love the app! For beginners or even 20 year veterans like myself, this is better than buying lead lists because some companies charge per name. Others have old data. This one has even cell numbers. If you are going to dial for Med Supps, just scrub against DNC before you dial. The only downside is I haven’t been able to download an actual spreadsheet to make things easier, but to start off. This works.

    It is illegal to contact anyone about Medicare without their written permission thus this app is illegal as it states that you can reach out to them. If selling Medicare health plans were only that easy. matter fact, all phone calls are being recorded this year per center for Medicare services regulations. If we’re only that easy to have an app like this where you can just approach anybody turning 65 everybody would be selling Medicare health plans.
