Description

ECG+ helps you review your recorded ECGs on your Apple Watch, and monitor Heart rate variability (HRV). Integrated with Apple Health, ECG+ maximizes the potential of your Apple Watch ECG, by calculating PQRST to reveal your heartbeat signature, unique like fingerprint. ECG+ also tracks HRV changes, which is widely recognized as an objective measure of physical readiness. ================= Disclaimer: ECG+ is NOT a diagnostic tool, and it does NOT provide medical services or medical advice. • Great app

Not sure why all these health apps require you to pay…. It’s ridiculous in my opinion. Not everyone has the money to subscribe to stay on top of their health. Yes, I’m a single mom with a mortgage and bills with a car note. Things are difficult for my homestead with the increased cost of living. I’m paycheck to paycheck. Wasn’t born into money, didn’t marry into money. I work hard for my change. Don’t have enough to go around. Maybe someone can mention a free app as I’m having some heart issues that I need to stay on top of. Thanks. Sorry for the long review.
  • Not accurate

When compared to 3 other ECG reading apps, it's completely different. This one says my p wave is 150, while two other apps say it's 80ms. Very different. This app is VERY inaccurate so why bother. Ridiculous.

I recognized the value in this app. as an early adapter. Having been a Paramedic for many, many years. The developers are truly pushing and advancing the data and its history to new levels which amaze me and inform my life decisions.
  • A brilliant self monitoring tool recommended by my doctor

It doesn’t replace a doctor, that is my doctor’s words of course 😂.. but it does a wonderful job helping myself monitor my heart problems, which are mild but worth more of my attention with aging. Apple Watch ecg is great at capturing an event as it happens, however it stops short at sinus rhythm and afib, any other problems make it inconclusive, like pac pvc etc, and this is where ecg+ comes for, not only it shows me possible findings, but also the exact measurements which lead to the findings, tbh this alone makes it stand out in the crowds as medical stuff needs evidence, and I like it for this reason. Worth noting it is not a diagnostic tool, as its disclaimer states, so use it as an informational tool to learn more about the possible problems and ask your doctor, who would appreciate it
  • ECG+ Saved My Life

I have been an ECG+ subscriber since March 2020. I did not have any reason to buy the premium subscription, I was just curious. I was 64 then. Both my parents had significant heart problems. Because of the pandemic I decided to keep an eye on my heart. From March 27, 2020 until January 27, 2026 I did not have any significant issues other than an occasional PVC or skipped beat. On January 28th my watch picked up an atrial fibrillation event. I initiated 3 more readings, all resulting in an AF indication. 6 more scans on the 29th, with 5 AF readings. I notified my doctor who had me in the very next afternoon. Their ECG machine verified what ECG+ and my Apple Watch had reported. I was in the ER an hour later and was diagnosed with Atrial Flutter. The following week I was at my cardiologist who verified my watch and app readings, plus my doctor and the ER’s readings. Yesterday, February 24, 2026 I had a cardio version, which shocked my heart back into a normal sinus rhythm. This was after nearly a month of continuous AFlut readings every day, new meds to thin my blood and stabilize my heart for the procedure! I absolutely believe ECG+ saved my life by reading my Apple Watch’s sensors and reported my AF reading. I would not have known until it might have been almost too late. Needless to say, Great Job with the app, 5 Stars!!!, and thank you!

I have about 3000 recordings from the last 5 ish years, to monitor an occasional condition, oh boy, until I started using this ecg+ app, didn’t know it could dig up so much information, which is fairly helpful, with the help of chat gpt. For me the trend of the condition is pretty stable and I thank the dev for building this wonderful app.

This application does not meet expectations. It significantly differs from the representations provided on their official pages. I have sent four emails; this has been the sole method of communication attempted, yet no response has been received. I want a full refund!!!!
  • Finally an ECG app that actually explains things that I understand

I’ve tried quite a few apps that work with Apple Watch ECG, and ECG+ is the first one that genuinely feels helpful rather than confusing or intimidating. Most apps either dump raw data on you or use language that feels overly clinical, but ECG+ strikes a really good balance. It explains what you’re seeing on screen in clear, calm language, which makes it much easier to understand your ECGs without feeling overwhelmed or anxious. What really stands out is how contextual the explanations are. Instead of generic descriptions, the app explains what’s relevant to the specific screen or result you’re looking at, which makes the whole experience feel far more personal and intuitive. You don’t need a medical background to follow along, but it also doesn’t feel dumbed down. The insights feel measured, informative, and reassuring, which is exactly what you want when looking at heart-related data. The app itself is polished and fast, with a clean interface that makes reviewing ECGs and trends feel effortless. Everything loads smoothly, navigation makes sense, and nothing feels cluttered. It’s clear the developer really understands both the technical side of ECG data and the importance of good user experience. I also appreciate that the app focuses on education and understanding rather than trying to diagnose or scare users. If you use Apple Watch ECG regularly and want more than just raw traces or vague labels, ECG+ is absolutely worth it. It helps you feel more informed and confident about what you’re seeing, and it’s easily the most thoughtfully designed ECG companion app I’ve come across.
