    I’ve been tracking my food for at least 5-6 years so I have a good idea of what I need to eat. The price alone here is baffling for how much you have to pay to be lazy. This is a good starting point if you want to start learning to track, but eventually you’re going to look for cheaper options once you start eating more consistently. Overall good app but extremely disappointed by the price

    For close to 10 years I have been trying to lose weight and have tried every other app you can name. Now the app isn’t the reason why I stayed committed to the process this time unlike the other 6/7 times I tried to seriously lose weight however it definitely helped. It’s super interactive it’ll adjust to your lifestyle, you don’t feel as guilty having a cheat day here or there because you know the algorithm will adjust the calories to make sure you’re still on track. Also the AI photo functions for when going out for a meal is insane. Is it 100% accurate calorie counting wise? Probably not but it’s still just something else that helped my mental throughout the journey. I can say I’ve lost nearly 90 lbs using this thing and I love it. Cheers.

    This app does exactly what it advertises, and does it with maximum efficiency! It is the best food logging / weight management app on the market. I have had total control over my weight for almost two years now, down to the pound, gaining and losing at the exact rates I want during different phases of my gym plan. The food database is extensive, but also curated. No more looking through ten different entries to find a generic food item. There is one (correct) entry in the database. Food logging could not be faster. Once I customized my setting, entered some favourite recipes and logged my eating for a few months so that the app knew my habits, most standard logging was down to just two or three clicks. If you consistently and accurately weigh yourself and record everything you eat, ideally daily, this app will perform every other calculation needed for you to hit your personalized goals. Do exactly what the app says and weight management becomes, essentially, automatic.

    Losing weight at A steady pace. Still slow enough to where it doesn’t feel impossible. Super customizable tracks macros but also tracks Viber and steps. Love the weight feature. It gives you a more realistic weight because your scale weight fluctuates. updates and changes every week based on what I need.

    My fitness pal is completely dethroned. Entering data is so fast and easy. Barcodes are extremely reliable. It’s just perfect. You can tell a lot of thought went into it

    I’m an intermediate lifter, I’ve used many other apps to track macros and nutrition but was ready for something that can use my data to create a plan, track progress and adjust with me based on my progress. After watching Jeff talk about the app in a few videos I decided to try it, I’ve been on it for a few weeks now. I don’t mind paying for tools so my complaint isn’t with the subscription, my biggest complaint is with the overall interface/GUI/layout. It’s messy and cumbersome to the eyes, compared to some apps. Some features could be limited to fewer actions or 1 button. Second the search tool isn’t large enough to cover all common places, for example I tried to log chick fil a strips and they do not list it. In most cases i end up googling nutrition and logging a quick add which is lame. The check in feature is decent but not “supportive”, for example it would be helpful to see explanations of why certain macros are changing, like display the charts that’s in other sections and include some insightful tips. I guess I’m expecting the apps context to be more intuitive considering all it can do. Lastly there’s 3 weight goal options, but I’m personally working on body recomp so it doesn’t adjust for that, even though there’s a long QA article about it. After my first check in dropped my cal 250 my deficit would be -500 on training days. Now i have to constantly change my plan or daily adjustments to my cal/macros depending on my expenditure. It’s a great app overall I think in a year or 2 it could be THE best but right now it’s rigid and limiting.

    I’ve used lots of nutrition/macro apps and macrofactor is hands down the best there is. It’s night and day compared to other apps. The clever approach of just trying your best to track calories and adjusting during check in is brilliant. It makes logging “close enough” so dead simple that it’s easy to be consistent. 10/10 would recommend

    I have used other paid calorie counting apps and this one has them all beat and it’s not even close. From a coached program, to easy to build recipes and a barcode scanner that is incredibly easy to use! Lost 26lbs since I started and it’s made it sooo much easier!! I recommend this app to everyone I know who’s serious about weight loss.
