    The distributor is usually decent but I used to have a “Musician “ subscription but I upgraded for a “Musician plus” subscription and it didn’t give me the benefits but still took my money. I tried to fix it with their team now for over 3 weeks and I still haven’t gotten benefits or my money back!

    DistroKid is a fantastic service. You can have them distribute your songs and videos to over 20 streaming platforms In minutes. It’s simple, quick, and relatively inexpensive. I’d recommend it to anyone who is looking to get their creative works onto streaming platforms. I’ve already uploaded almost 20 songs as as soon as the others are completed I’ll be using DistroKid to get them into the stores and streaming platforms on line.

    An app error upgraded my plan, an upgrade that I did not want or request. After hours of going back and forth with the delayed chat bot and even later delayed emails because there is no real customer support available - my old plan was incorrectly refunded, I was forced into a higher plan that I did NOT order, want, or need then was told that I can’t downgrade to my previous plan, again the one that I didn’t change from but they did and charged me for. The error upgraded me to the highest plan that the app has and being told that they can’t downgrade the plan for something NOT ordered is completely unacceptable. Buyer beware, because if I could rate this a zero, I would. I’m not amused by being hit for $89.99 when I didn’t ask for a plan change and forcing plans onto customers, with no live customer service, should be criminal.
