    I’m 59 & familiar with aerobics & Dancing, however, for this being Day 1, emphasis should be on technique, not a 10 second demo and then hitting it at dance speed. Thankfully, my experience with aerobics 3x a week, 20 years ago, helped me in focusing on technique so I don’t injure a muscle, knee, or ankle. I still felt rushed and was doing more moves incorrectly than correctly.

    I made it through 2 workouts today. I was able to adjust my moves to make up for some of my physical restrictions but I am sweating and it feels great!

    Workout was easy to follow and taught basic movement that target those areas . Instruction was clear and easy to understand .I am enjoying dancing again 11th day I get my workouts done and I feel energized and happy that I’m working towards my goal!

    Needed to get in shape.. I have a back ground in dance but haven't danced in many many moons. Easy to pick up with great instructions and great routines. All instructors do an amazing job! Love the music!
