They base their results on heart rate and breathing rate. I just bought this. Very disappointed. Will discontinue app.

I have an interstitial lung disease and thought this app might allow me to use my iPhone to test my blood oxygen level. As far as I can tell, there’s no way to directly measure your blood oxygen with the app and a phone I’ve asked for a refund through the App Store.

I purchased the subscription in 2025 after having tried it in 2024 with success. When I went to use it I was given a message that it does not monitor or support blood oxygen levels any longer. I cancelled the subscription immediately within 24hrs and requested a refund and Apple is refusing to refund me for the $24.99. Apple states they are a billing service only and will not support the faulty product. Bait and switch, false advertising, bad business.

This app does not show your blood oxygen levels… it gives you a brief quiz then shares the “probability” of your blood oxygen level. Let me save you $24.99… if you don’t smoke and aren’t stressed you have a “low probability of low blood/oxygen levels.” What an absolute waste of money.
  • Will not measure SPO2.

This is a joke. It will not measure your blood oxygen level. I will fight the charge since it only took me 10 minutes to figure out it’s a scam!
