  • Sometimes great,, sometimes the worst

    Hello all I’m just sometimes this app is very easy to look up card prices and sometimes it is so far off when a card is mislabeled and it brings down the value of your card for instance 2017 Topps bat on left shoulder SSP Aaron Judge card sells for thousands of dollars, but they have card that sold for $250 but it’s in the same category and there is no 800 number just an email and absolutely no customer service to let you know that they will look into it so it doesn’t do any good to have a price check and a Card Ladder value of a certain trading card when other sales are reflected in the card that it’s not, this app would actually get some customer support and let you know that they are looking into it and will fix a problem. Definitely help out.

    Incredibly arrogant and entitled company. Zero interest in help outside of emailing links and offering quick 1 sentence responses. Their software is mediocre at best and makes you do a ton of work which negates the need for software in the first place

    Signing up for a subscription and getting a 7 day free trial. I don’t like how I have to promise to pay to try the features that are worth anything to me. There should certainly be a free version that allows you to only upload 25 to the app, but to not even allow you to decide before promising to pay if you like it or not, isn’t right. But that’s just my two cents.
