You can set up this game to have multiple players. I have/had two players (or accounts). One account disappeared a few days ago. Just vanished. I can log in but the system says “no data…”. This company has AI’s running support. The AI’s tell me I haven’t submitted the correct email. I have two emails and I know them both. I have tried different avenues but all I get are different AI’s. I pay money into this game to make the game more comfortable for me. It really ticks me off that this company can be irresponsible for their lack of data management. I’m waiting for a few more days before I delete my account. Lessons learned I guess.

I hate so much, people keep stealing from me and it won’t let me go out to fight zombies anymore and there not even any zombies to fight.

Yo e comprado más de 40 mil dólares y definitivamente me tienen bien enojado porque cuando es comprar están felices pero cuando es para solucionar problemas ahí no les importa ejemplo: yo mi alineación principal lo tenía hace como 4 meses atrás en 1850 y definitivamente un día para otro me lo bajaron en 1500 les dije del programa y nunca me lo arreglaron perdí miles de dólares y tenía en la galería unos módulos para las bestias y en una actualización se desaparecieron y nada es increíble como no les importa

If you have a problem, it’s starting over after all your progress and this game is for you. Personally, I don’t like when things do that and I have to redo everything all over again.

Absolute money grab! Don’t waste your time on this game unless you have several hundred thousand dollars to be of any relevance in the gaming world.

This game is only for the rich. You will be constantly bullied, harassed(sexually as well) and lose everything you own trying to compete for a chance of survivals against the whales. SUPPORT TEAM IS NOT IN YOUR FAVOR UNLESS YOU SPEND HALF A MILLION ON YOUR ACCOUNT ( not even exaggerating the price). If you’re rich, racist( racist to all ethnicities besides European), pedo, then this game is for you. Issues with the interface? Not their problem unless $$$$$$$$. Reporting? $$$$$$$$. Just a quick money grab.

This has been my go to mobile game for a while, 1188 consecutive days logged in. I’ve spent a few thousand USD and have had some fun. The issue is at higher levels it’s all for the whales - almost every new game element has crumbs for normal players, and the whales are enticed to drop several thousand a month for another 2-10% stat boost. And if your unfortunate enough to have a whale who decides to camp in your base and burn everyone every day every chance they can, even while taunting alliance players they need to leave the alliance, support does nothing. The great alliance I’ve been in is disbanding over this and many players including myself likely walking away. The devs clearly run this game for the whales and will not interfere with obnoxious rich players being habitual bullies. Some people like me who could out spend them, choose to leave the game rather than continue to reward devs for this. It was fun for a while, now just frustrating.

once I get into the game I stay stuck at the loading screen where it says “unzipping configuration files” no matter how long I wait it never moves I stay at 41%. Please fix this.
